Reinvented the Munchie Box. Felt dirty afterwards despite avoiding the deep fat fryer approach - and kebab meat - these things often contain.

I wis about to answer one of your earlier posts with: "Well, I was more a Radio Luxembourg 208 kinda guy" but was gazumped by you next post! Including the listening under the blankets deep into the night.Tea time. Wee Simon Howie V Haggis. Had baked spud at dinner time, so mashed Turnip, Carrot and Onion.
Alpro x 2 Vanilla soya desserts.
Bottle of this Dutch ale dedecated to the panty boy, whom I experienced in the Netherlands, suddenly stripping off in a boozer and doing nude press ups. Absolute quality. Must have been drinking this stuff.

Watching repeats of the wonderful Young Ones. Some great band appearences too.
BIG G

The nights were brilliant; well worth the red-rimmed eyes the next morning at Maths, for example.
First time I heard the Bowie LP Aladdin Sane was on Lux, 2 o' clock in the morning when all decent folk were snoozing. Could hear my dad snoring next door in the parents' bedroom but my wee tranny and the earphone (1 earphone, NB) drowned out my Dad's bleedin' BBC world service which would be left on after his pub visit hours earlier.
Mind when I got my eldest sister's boyfriend's big speakers as a 'dinnae bother us when we're snoggin'' gift (didnae work). At that time they were also changing the electric plugs from round poles to square and I got the sparky to leave all the old plugs for me. Used them to set up a bizarre (even by my later standards) phono wired system, so I could connect any source via the old bakelite plugs and adaptors to the new, radiant speakers!
So I did. But the tranny to the big speakers was like a burn facing the Niagara Falls. Still was the first time I perceived the bass guitar on the radio
So cheers for firing up them memories Big G. Your predilection for the Dutch ales has not escaped me either; I've done most of them but there are a lot of new IPA's I haven't tried yet.
Right, back to my Duvel and a wee nip of Teachers (Euro 17.95 the litre). What's that cost back home?

they all have beards if that helps. Is that shit brewed by badly dressed hipsters who seriously need a boot in the balls to bring them back to the real world?

That’s a given. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for local businesses widening the (decent) beer choices and have spent ? at Bellfield, Stewart and a few others BUT this fad of “goofy” names is a bit OTT
Reminds me of that character Bob Mortimer does. How many of these helmets have folk encountered in the office project environment. “Reaching out” to c@nts and thanking people “so much”!!

A bigger wankpot than the boys that make the beer.
