What you're eating. What you're drinking. What you're watching?

Will look at getting a case sent over. I missed brekky due to a work deadline. Currently munching cherry cake and sipping coffee reading the bounce for 5 minutes.

Porridge with honey, two egg rolls for dinner. Its macaroni for tea, the usual telling off for having ketchup with it. Had a wee shot on powered scooter, great fun. Back in lockdown. Pah.

Still waiting on that cycle to Leith...

Had a late lunch of Lidl's Austrian liver and onion pate, extra mature cheddar, oatcakes, picalilli and chilli relish and a glass of lemon diluting juice. Thai Chicken Thighs and salad for tea later. Listening to my boss drone on, on a conference call.

Its pizza and pasta night here, we mix it up, various italian salamies, chorizo, anchovies, mozzarella, grilled peppers and olives on one, chilli chicken, chorizo, mozzarella and peppers on the other, with a small side of pasta with tomato sauce, chopped chorizo smoked sausage and anchovy. McGuigans Reserve Shiraz as ever, radio on currently Blondie's call me.

Wee shout out for curry lovers, my wife and I have been cooking lamb, pork and a lot of chicken recently in the slow cooker. Using various curry brands, the Pataks brand is really good, we add extra onion and tomatoes. Love to be able to replicate authentic nan bread to clean the plate, not able thus far. Went a cycle today. Jelly legs for pudding. Phew.

Paprika Roule Cheese and Austrian Pate on salt and pepper crackers and black pepper mini oatcakes, with chilli relish and picalilli (as ever). Glass of diet lilt, been doing the garden all day, bloody petrol mower just died on me 3/4's of the way through.

Wake n bake. Then copious earl greys and jays. tea n toot if you like. Sounds on all day. Moon Safari just now. Superb. Enjoying this wonderful thread.

Bravo bounce radges

IPA and spicy bombay mix waiting for my tea, alternating between Craig Charles on radio and 24 Springsteen thing online

Making spicy chicken fajitas tonight, all fresh stuff, as ever, its sabado so a glass or 5 of McGuigans Reserve Shiraz, and Ricky Ross on Radio Scotland, he has fantastically catholic tastes in music.

Late scran tonight due to a cluster of blethering eejits on video call for much of the evening. I was one of them. Linguine con pesce, pomodoro and, though I know some Italians will condemn me for this, a generous smattering of parmesan: delizioso! I'm lucky - close to a Lidl and an Aldi so none of this costs a bomb. Drinking an easy Aldi pilsner (gets easier too, after the third). Washing it all down with a combo of Bounce, radio and skimming through Tim O'Brien's "The Things They Carried" (one of the very best books, and writers, to come out of the Vietnam war).

3 bottles of the red stuff. After a 6 week hiatus had to retire to the sofa straight afterwards where I then stayed for 9 hours.

The plan to watch back to back Hibs and Eintracht cup final DVDs backfired spectacularly when the Adolf version could not be purchased for immediate viewing from Amazon Prime as anticipated so watched the Hibs one twice. Pleased to say they won both both times.

Please stay safe and well. I’m begging you.

Will wade into the cheese and oatcakes in a bit
Cheese and oatcake intake during the lockdown has been very high. I’m a nairns man but emma prefers stockans. got some gooseberry chutney recently that’s not bad.

think I’ll have sausages for breakfast before finishing wallpapering one of the bedrooms ?

2 low salt bacon rolls, coffee and Jason Manford on the radio.

Just been prepping dinner. Rump steak is on the menu. Nice peppercorn sauce, caramelised onions using a touch cider vinegar, Garlic Mushrooms using a nice purée along with chips.

Will be washed down with an Alcoholic beverage of some sort. Looking forward to it.

Chewing sugar-free gum, tap water from a many-times reused coke plastic bottle, bounce and twatter.

Currently having a bottle of dark island with kettle chips and peanuts while watching the dug chew a bit of wood. This is to be followed by pheasant pot roasted with onions and chutney, tatties and veg and a bottle of Argentinian Malbec.....then i'll have dinner....!

I am roasting a small ham for me and the laddie, lamb chops for Mrs 1875. Ham served with roast tatties, sprouts and med veg, a few mini chorizos wrapped in pancetta, some stuffing balls, yorkies and onion gravy. Lamb chops in rosemary with med veg, green beans in garlic, and roast tatties for her ladyship. Drinking Birra Moretti and lovely it is too, whilst listening to Magic Soul (currently Love Machine by the Miracles).
