My son came to mines yesterday and some splendid bottles of craft beer from my collection imbibed anticipating a good game. Then we were off to the Hibs Club to watch the game with amigos. Guinness fuelled session watching the rotten game. Walked up to the spendid Shapla in Easter Road for a carry out curry. Back home after meal and pissed offness started again.

Today I started the Newcastle University diet. Hoping to put into recession/reverse my type 2 Diabetes. Not a hellishly interesting combination of shakes, packet soups for a thread like this. Oh and no bevvy for 8 weeks. Hibs playing like yesterday could be the Achilles heel that brings the cards come tumbling down. Would drive you to drink so they would.

Rib eye steak done on the George Foreman, Vegan Tattie Salad and Pasta Salad, a doad of Dijon Mustard, a glass of diluting orange, a swatch of the bounce followed by my latest binge watch, Ozark

Tea time. Packet of soup, gently opened not to lose any of the exquisite powder within, boiling water poured over whilst stirring slowly first anti clockwise, then clockwise, pepper added lastly to give it that je ne sais quoi.

Salad.

What I should be having for après le plat principal....

New World Pale Ale
