What you're eating. What you're drinking. What you're watching?

Laddie made tagliatelle with a pork ragu, was superb.Glass of diet bitter lemon and just watched Man in the High Castle, which is good.

Been in the garden trying to fix the Metal shed doors, my hips, back, knees are aching. Was at it for 5hrs, fixed. Come up sweating like a Gunt in a tense game against Alloa. My wife likes when I knock my pan in, rewarded with a plain cheese pizza with her lovely toppings. Bacon, cheese, tomato, onion, yellow pepper, chillies, chilli oil, pineapple. Not a big pizza fan but enjoy her ones. Full now.

At my desk with 2 vegan sausage rolls & a chicken baguette fae Greggs

Had a bacon and brown sauce roll as a reward after a hard shift at work this morning, bitter lemon and two minutes on the bounce.

Son made greek chicken gyros tonight, tzakziki, greet salad, grilled haloumi, chips to add in etc. I have hung up my apron (well until next week when he fecks off to Ireland to see his girlfriend and get a haircut). Sipping a wheat beer suffering with my hairy bush, watching Question Time.

Shocker of a breakfast there Mark,
coffee, mango, yoghurt.

@1875 I do recommend the Greek Kitchen on leith walk for pre / post match gyros when the football is back

My sons will be overjoyed when I tell them. So far thats Bellfield for a post match bevvy and the Greek Kitchen for Gyros.

I had vegemite and emmental cheese on toast with a balck coffee for brekky, straight onto work calls, first peek at bounce since I got up before 6.

On another note, I don't really eat or drink dairy other than cheese and yogurt. Discovered that I can't eat yogurt last week. I usually have one after lunch then moan about having a headache/ being a bit woozy an hour or so later, told my son who kens a bit about biology, he suggested stop eating yogurt. Cut the yogurt out, never had either symptom since.

Been buying this gear from the supermarket as alternative to yoghurt. They do load of different options but prefer chopping up fresh fruit and adding that. Pretty low in calories and tastes decent enough with the additions but too bland to eat on its own. Can also just add the frozen fruit bags or a tin or two of fruit.

Vanilla Alpro is my number 1. Like eating smooth cold custard. Plant based rools.

I've always wanted to 'like' yoghurt, but despite forcing myself to try different brands over the years I still feel it's just sour milk that's 'gone off' and it gives me the boak.

I've had a few goes with porridge too, but it's just bland slimey stuff that's also just unappetizing. Used to go in and see my old man every weekend when he was in his later years and make his porridge oats, water, milk, pinch of salt.... looked great and he enjoyed it, but I just couldnae.

I had a southern fried chicken and yogurt coleslaw panini, using a wholemeal wrap, it was lovely I have to say. Funny I bought two tortillas, a tattie one and a chorizo one yesterday, no longer eating eggs, I miss them.

Coincidently, two wholemeal wraps, dods of crunchy peanut butter, half a banana and tablespoon of sultanas in each at lunchtime. Folded like an origami expert and fired onto pannini machine. Slightly crisp outside, luscious molten sweet goo inside. Washed down with pint mug of Green and Black's Dark chocolate drink made with Lidl's soya milk. Boss.
