This would be a great move IMO, hope it’s true! Apparently he works for the Huns now?

He’ll fit in with what Ron Gordon is trying to do based off this quote:

Head of Recruitment is what we need.
A man with knowledge and up to date far and wide contacts.
John has been a scout at Rangers for 6 months and will turn 65 in a few months so not sure if he will be up for the dedication and hassle of Head of Recruitment at Hibs under the current regime.

I think they blame the main recruitment man.
I don't know how big a role John Park has.
The other issue is Rangers supporters see their signings through the prism of Celtic.
The truth is they spent all their money and more stopping Celtic winning 10 in a row.
They are still paying for that with low level signings whilst Celtic disappear into the distance after a raft of great signings.

That's where I'm at, the longer we don't sign one the more likely we'll end up with panic signings at the end

Aye strangely mate I'm at acceptance level for that outcome already. Anything else will be a pleasant surprise.

Maybe when they get relegated mate. Can't see him being anywhere near Championship level (when fit of course). He will get bullied to the max in the land of the giants if he couldn't cope with Ross County.

I know John Park got the credit for the golden generation, was it not Donald Park who was the real driving force behind them?

Toulouse apparently tried to take him on a loan with option to buy for £3.5 in the summer and Celtic knocked them back.
There is apparently interest in him from the MLS and European teams.
Top chancers Udinese were interested in him before turning their attentions to the bargain that is Ryan Porteous.

Heard at the weekend was a goer and Scott Allan mentioned tonight too.

Players at the old firm get linked away by the press for crazy amounts. The Croatian linked with Barca and Chelseas for £30m is off to Monza for £7m.

SW is a real possibility at least until the summer. McCarthy too.
