With Wigan going down could we make a move for Jason Kerr? Not SITK just think he’d be a good signing especially if we can’t get Fish back for another season.

Think Kerr has been injured though - right up our street then! 😜

Has an ACL injury. Been out since early November.
If he progresses well he could be ready for the start of next season.
Contract ends after next season, no idea if Wigan have an extra year option.
We can talk to him in January but unlikely he will want to come back as he hits his playing and earning peak.

True but his options would be League 1 or Hibs, don’t think it’s out of the question. No idea if we’re even interested though. I believe he’s a Hibby?

He's 34...so a year or so maybe still in the top flight.
Thought for a while we lack proper experience and quality in the middle of the park and Arfield has both IMO.
Yogi tried to get him to Hibs years ago when he was Hibs manager and Arfield was at Falkirk.

Might be bollocks then, it was a rumour some weeks back and then rubbished. Might be the thick Hun just catching up.

Every chance, just caught me off guard.

I'd go for it though, experienced, middle of the park, still getting game time.

Can definitely think of worse options, or even calibur of player.
 
Scott Arfield would be a cracking signing , agree with the Doc, he can cut out the saluting shit.

A goal every 2nd game is good going.
But,
He could come here and do the same, or flop dismally.
As is the case with any player.

I'm sure McDermott will have run his eye over this guy. We will see what he's all about if we go for him. Mibbes flop but that's the chance you take, Different country, different style. Doidge didnae exactly set the heather on fire, this guy looks a lot more mobile.

He moved to Charlton instead and has been Tam Kite.
Sounds like the January story has dusted down and presented as new
I read he was a bit of a McKirdy on social media.
I' thing considered I suspect a non runner.

He is 27.
Just had a look at his playing record and his goalscoring is no great shakes apart from when he played non league.
