Melk' probably, Kenneh definitely. Only a couple of younger players are gone for good.I've lost track, but there are a few who definitely won't be back.

Well I quoted you. Work it out.
Campbell won't be going anywhere hopefully.Stop being a fanny, the players who have left were they any first team regulars? They have only started to clear out the duds they brought to the club, and ones sent on loan with the exception of some who left permanently or on loan and Melkerson with an option to buy.

You'd also think Edinburgh would be seen as a much more attractive place to live and work. Do you know of anyone who's moved to Aberdeen for a job that wasn't oil related? It's the back of beyondHibs sell far more ST than them yet they can still offer players more
Opinions, don’t get the hype around him mate.
I suggested already, stop the name calling, there is no need.
Personally only Doidge would be on my list. To have Paul, Lewis and Josh even near that list is stupidity.
No hype, the laddie is a Hibs man and good player.
I have edited my post. It’s all about opinions and they are mine,
Just like you and everyone else has theirs.
Rumours of a fall out between LJ and Kenneh resulting in the loan........Melk' probably, Kenneh definitely. Only a couple of younger players are gone for good.
It is how you write them, calm your jets, we are all Hibs fans.
True!Rumours of a fall out between LJ and Kenneh resulting in the loan......
Fair do's mate.Opinions, don’t get the hype around him mate.
Write what? All calm here.
On Stevenson and Hanlon to a lesser extent, it’s the old age argument; I’ve often thought over the years that they should be moved on and we should bring in better. Lost count of the managers that’ve tried (especially Stevenson) and they’ve out lasted them and whoever was brought in to replace them. Their time will come but it’s not lost on me that’s two players that give a shit and whilst I still want to see us improve, I’d be less hasty around letting them go until we know we actually do have better.
Yeah don’t get that - I like Josh and he’s still relatively young (I think) and he’s no shrinking violet. Need to ignore the right back nonsense- filled in when asked and it’s not his fault he’s never a right back.I think Josh Campbell is the next one. A solid if unspectacular midfielder, a grafter, a player who won’t let his team down, a Hibs man, willing to play any position… and a player that most new managers won’t look at as one to immediately replace.
And that won’t ever be good enough for some.

I think Josh would do well as a sitting midfielder similar to the callus mcgregor role at Celtic/ScotlandI agree but he’s a decent midfielder, not the one who’ll often produce a bit of magic but the one who will allow others to do so… every team needs that kind of player.
Stevenson has held his own for a long time, and has deserved his place in most teams. I do feel that perhaps time is catching up on him unfortunately.
Hanlon hasn’t looked the same player this season since returning from that injury. He’s either playing through the pain or he’s permanently hampered by it. Time will tell which.
Yip or at least get a run in one position,I like Josh he never hides and has scored some crackersI think Josh would do well as a sitting midfielder similar to the callus mcgregor role at Celtic/Scotland
The laddie gives 100% every game.Yip or at least get a run in one position,I like Josh he never hides and has scored some crackers
This generations LewisThe laddie gives 100% every game.
His attitude is spot on.
Another who was written off(too) early.
But i assume that’s based on a deal that suits all parties, which is far from guaranteedLJ did say he expected Portos last game would be the Derby so unless a bids accepted now I expect that to be the case.
Our best midfielder this season. No hype, the laddie is a Hibs man and good player.
Needs to play in the middle on SunOur best midfielder this season.
No but the DOF would have had a plan in place to get rid at the beginning of January, mind you if they get the final say in all football decisions that is![]()

Big fan of young Josh. Just imagine how much improved he'd be with some decent players and experience round about him. And some proper leaders on the pitch too. Hopefully he learns from Aiden and continues improving. The lad is showing potential and improvement IMO.
Use him where he performs best.Agree
Don't understand the criticism of him, playing in a poor team doesn't make you a poor player.
Hes shown more than most of our squad this term and on that alone, deserves a chance to do better with better players.
I'd use him as a box to box midfielder, he's got energy for days and should be using it. Shown he can impact offensively and defensively so would make sense imo.
How did you clear out the deadwood Hibs? What's your definition of dead wood?
All of them, minus possibly Doidge have something still to offer
We'll have no players left if we move on this bunch.
Exactly this. There's no way that laddie can be criticised until he's at least had a decent run in the team in his natural position.Yip or at least get a run in one position,I like Josh he never hides and has scored some crackers
I’ll reserve my judgement until after the window but the fact we are going into this derby with no signings and a smaller squad than on the 2nd is criminalI for one cannot wait to see Ron defend this window when he decides to appear again on a podcast.
