Fair play to the sheep, Celtic were pish but Dons stuck to their plan. So we’re a good team & we’ll deal with what we get in Europe.
We are in 2nd Q in Europa, if we lose that tie we’re in Conference 3rd Q.
If we win & lose in Europa 3rd we go to Conference 4th (play off)
If we win Europa 3rd & lose 4th(play off) we’re in Conference league.
So at least 2 ties & a reasonable chance of Conference league, if we play like we did in 2nd half of season.

Ah that's not as bad as I thought, I think we can get to group stages and there's similar money for each competition if I remember correctly (probably not). Just hope we can still keep a couple of players who might have been more inclined to stay if we had guaranteed group stage

Partisan Beograd, are they not the mob that knocked Hearts out on the countbacks?

Thats only some of the potential opponents eh? More will be joining that draw I think? Lugano our best bet of getting through, the rest are tough, particularly Braga and Donetsk (which wouldn't be played in Ukraine either)
I think you're right. Sent to me by my son who will have got it off some other young un so pinches of salt etc

Possibly Poland
Hey guys.. Pity Aberdeen won
But who would have even dreamed we would have this opportunity at all last November.

Keep those block 7 fannies away from trips and we wont get any trouble.

Some of these European outfits will swat them aside like a midge.
Former communist Easter European cities tend to carry a stronghold militia style approach and ex-soldiers.

So to get league games WLW (E E C) or LWW (E C C) or WWL WWW (E E E)
Europa/Conference respectively.
1st or 2nd options more likely.
We’re a good team & we would have beaten Celtic the way they played today.
I’m hopeful of 3 ties & a good outcome

That was a financial disaster though there will be some consolation from the new revised European route. 🤔✌️.

Interestingly Aberdeen were about 4/1 to win the cup today even after extra time.

So could "The Laddie" have popped down to Ladbrokes and put £1,000,000 on a fixed odds coupon on Aberdeen to win as insurance against the losses of all that guaranteed Conference League money. 💰🤑.

It's a bit like laying off a bet and still being quids in and I am being semi serious as I wonder if Lloyd's of London would have offered Hibs a deal.😉.

Either way it's happened again after Saints "robbed" us in a similar same way a few years back but it shouldnt deflect from what has been a tremendous season. ✌️

Yeah teams that progress from round 1, hopefully we get a sh*tey team. 🤞
Don t think this Hibs will be as ill equipped or unprepared as we were against Malmo
I just hope the team have reached a decent level of match fitness. Some of the past opposition were already well ahead of our season which gave them an unfair advantage IMO.

Folk forget that Malmo are Champions league and Europa league regulars and when we played them, they had been in the champions league the previous season. They are absolutely no mugs but to lose 0-9 on aggregate was a shocker.

Absolute nut jobs who wont think twice about dishing out 3 rapid to the chops of these doughnuts.
