What would you recommend?A lot of serious whisky bargains to be had if you've got Amazon Prime. Only until midnight tomorrow though.
Thank you very much!
Thank you, ordered.

Sounds great though. Uigeadail - 'dark and mysterious place' - may indeed be a treacly taste...?

This one is going down a treat - if slightly too quickly - a bit of fire in it but a lovely rounded sweetness to it. Note to self: think of an excuse for another Tesco trip soon. Was in Tesco this afternoon and popped this into the trolley. £25 with the Club Card, looking forward to tasting the Port Cask version.

CorrectAbout to insert a measure of Talisker Skye (45.8%) into ma salivatin gob.
With now domestically agreed hydro-addition guidelines (a wee glass I found wi lines horizontal on it so effectively drops can be inferred), adjusted for strength and mood.
Hope none o that made sense.

Purchased last April in the OC. Bottled in Bond bourbon. 100 proof. Ferrero Rocher in background as sop to @emerald green

It's off camera, mate. Can't get it all in!You are spoiling us Mr Panza
(However one must comment on the lack of black coffee on show. You're not taking this seriously enough, Sir).
I'll try harder next time. It was a Lavazza Barista Intenso double espresso. For the record. It's off camera, mate. Can't get it all in!![]()

Going down very nicely. Caramel, vanilla and oak.Hows the whisky going down?
As a non whisky drinker, love reading what the flavours are like.
You should try bourbon. It's sweeter and more approachable than single malts. My brother and one of my best mates are big bourbon drinkers but not so fond of Scotch.Hows the whisky going down?

I used to get quite smashed on jacks, and got quite into gentleman jacks, and i had a wee bash recently of a limited edition 10year old. That was lovely, and almost a different drink. Thought of this thread at the time, as i like how tuned in the palate of whisky drinkers on here are.You should try bourbon. It's sweeter and more approachable than single malts. It's actually a very palatable dram ,quite sweet and enjoyable with a junk of ice.My local Tesco selling Glenfairn for £19.
It's a Speyside single malt and a steal at that price.( unless of course you do steal it and then £19 is expensive)![]()
