What Choons Yi Listening To?

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Eyes shut , heidphones loud.

Sorry wrong thing copied 😩

WTF Joe!

Never mind this is a great live clip

Just suffered through Roger Waters re imagined "Dark side of the moon" Hated every second and can't understand why he's done it. First review I saw on google called it an "ear bleeding travesty" Anyone disagree and more importantly, what was the point. I believe he quite arrogantly issued it on the 50th anniversary of the originals release.... Tosser!

What's the point. It was great the way it was. He is a contrary old bastard.
Now 80 years old and has been irrelevant since 1979*

*Even 1979's "The Wall" would have been a better listen with judicious edits of some of the dreadful am dram sections

Have to agree. He's been a bitter old sod ever since he lost his case to claim the name "Pink Floyd" as his, and the fact the band carried on without him, including bringing Rick Wright back.

How can he be so bitter given the luxurious long easy life he has led and the massive talent he was blessed with.
I've just read this article which explains the madness between Waters and Gilmour.

Featuring Stevie Wonder and Lady Ga Ga. I have played this album a lot and although biased I am quite chuffed with it.

It’s fckn class mate. I like it. The coral new album is very good too though .. The Coral - Sea of Mirrors

Great soul music from Baby Huey (1971)

Funky track from British funk band Cymande from 1974

@moathibby saw you appreciating jah wobble on the other thread. Here’s some white boy dub with sadly prophetic lyrics

That’s a bit old school!

I think this song has the best lyrics ever. I had some of the best times of my life as a bar fly - but I always knew it was temporary for me but not for others. Still there were mental exceptions like the quiet lush who was always there but never said much and who suddenly sacked it to deliver stuff under fire in the Balkans war. God love them all

Sorry all for the late night posts. Jet lagged and all over the shop. This one is for my best mate the big jambo lummox that he was. Where I was quite handy as a nipper and completely barmy he was a stone killer in a scrap but very gentle by nature and always clearing up my messes.

Started from the day I met him. I moved to Edinburgh as a lad and as you do got picked on for having a different accent. Eventually had to smash the school bully but then the whole playground turned on me (like, come on ya fannies, fairs, fair). Anyway, he stepped out the crowd and stood beside me to take an all comers and that was that.

Same my whole life, one spectacular example - real Wild West movie stuff - being me going typically postal on behalf of some Celtic gobshite i should have left to get done. I was doing pretty well against a crowd in handfuls at a time - though lost all my front teeth in the process which is still a pain 35+ years later as the caps keep falling off). Then he landed like the terminator and shipped them all out one punch at a time, sending one Aberdeen lad for minor reconstructive surgery (no badness, one punch done it) while lecturing me for my behaviour at the same time (then busting me out of a police van to round it out).

Never saw 40. This song is about what we were at. I pulled out, he never. I’ll love him till the day I die. I made 2012 ok by giving it to him who never saw it.

The best piece of classical music ever written without a shadow of a doubt.

Yep dub, class !.

my favourite Classical style is Latin American Baroque, I have been a daily listener of Classic FM since 1992. Being an old Trance and Dance Head, Armin Van Burren, Tiesto all the Ibiza Anthems done classic- just brilliant.
