Good point. It could be positioned as a retro show perhaps. Watching Dave harass retired colleagues over social media posts might lack a bit of drama after the first 12000 cases.

Just finished series 1. Won't be watching any more. Could have been done and dusted in 3 or 4 episodes. Just alright. No need for 9 episodes.
 
Well I enjoyed the last two episodes of Clarksons Farm.

Back watching Gomorra again.

Finished department q tonight. Good watch though did get heroically complicated at the end. I think we spent as much time with the thing paused as I explained to the missus who was who and what was going on, as we did watching it. Was stumped myself once or twice and had to rely on the bairn's less aged brain!

We’re just cleared episode four.
Mistakenly believed the main character was played by the guy that starred in yon series about the gay doctor. (Not the Who bloke/lass, the real life fella, “this is going to hurt”or similar. It’s the voice - eerily similar.

If I’m confused this early…. I’ll pm you for an explanation once Ive finished.

Hopefully the first time a bloke finishes then asks you for an explanation.

Just finished The bombing of pan am 103 found it more interesting than the one that was on Netflix
Dealt more with the effect on the victims

I’ve mentioned this before on here.
The secret of skinwaker ranch.
To start you think it’s all a bit overblown, even nonsense at times, but!
Season 6 just started.
The things that go on here are just incredibly mental, unbelievable and very very interesting.
Too much to mention, but if you like this thing it can certainly enhance the imagination.
Something very very strange goes on here and has done for centuries. It goes ask the way back to the Navaho Indians
They are all scientists, apart from the security guards who at first you think “behave”. Astrophysicist etc
So many strange things happen it really does make you think.
But it’s all done with millions of $ spent, nothing is to much for them with the people and instruments they use.
It just gets more and more wierdly mental, from crazy science stuff to mutilations of animals that simply don’t make sense..
All leading to what looks like something in the mesa, like cliffs in the desert, that is beyond what anyone or anything on earth makes sense.
Very interesting.
As said, to start you may think it’s a bit nutty, but everything is scientifically checked and investigated.
Its mental, they kinda think it’s all adding up to wormholes or such like. And some kind of dome inside the mesa, with materials some unknown to them and stuff that NASA use to cover their ships coming back through the red hot atmosphere back to earth
So many mad things that are beyond reading keep happening.
With s watch if that stuff tickles your fancy, it defo tickles me in that respect

You can never be sure what could be or not.
But the US govt was on it for over 20 years doing the same.
Some serious high influential people in govt have pitched in on it.
I’ts hard to say to be 100% but these guy’s are top level in their field and is their reputation up there.
So much stuff goes on through the series and it intrigues me but 100% fsct? Who knows

Those high court enforcement geezers have some power. Clamping cars, walking into hooses if there is an open door, reading folks mail and impounding goods.

There's one of the fuckers I don't like at all and hope to see him get a bat on the jaw one day.

Thankfully, poindings and warrant sales got elbowed in Scotland a quarter of a century ago.

Quite rightly.
 
Just started watching The Assembly. On the first episode with Danny Dyer. Been quite good so far.
 
I like the format.

Every question MUST be answered (politicians should be held to the same thing).

I think the first series has five episodes.
 
And the questioners are folk who would never really have a voice to question others.

Not seen it, but reading about it and the praise for it - direct, honest questions etc - I couldn't help wondering if we have backed ourselves into a corner where we have to assemble neurodivergent people to do that for us. In other words they might ask questions without the guardedness everyone else has been forced to take on, and get a pass for doing so.
 
It's a decent watch. They are only around 35 mins an episode.

I’ve seen a documentary with some of the ex angels who are featured on this… The hells angels come before anything or anybody… but there’s always someone who turns into a grass.

It's a decent watch though
 
So what do we think this will be like? Quality or Pony? It's from the guy who did the Fargo series so could be ok. I love the first two Alien films, the rest not so much, although I think Prometheus was decent but flawed.
