Watched it the other day. Good telly.
Currently 4 in of Dark Matter, not got a clue but I'm sticking with it for now.
 
Ooo has it? That be tonight's telly. Ive had a couple of beers. Bought 4 Peronni and a Bootle of Barefoot pino grigio so that's me sorted. Cheers Billy
 
The Veil, spy/terrorist thriller. Worth a watch. This nae fitba on the tv is giving me square fuckin yaks.

I realised tonight that I've missed out on Mayor of Kingstown as I've always confused it with Mare of Eastown.

Knob!

Started it now though.
 
Well he hails from a city in Canada called Kingston in Ontario. So methinks it's a wee nod to there.

Or Ktown as locals call it.
 
Ktown is also responsible for Bryan Adams as well though .

So it carries guilt as well.

I got confused at first tae. Mare of Easttown was also a good program. Took me nearly the first episode tae realise that was Kate Winslet in the starring role.

Got a Betty Grable book doon at the Colliery for the game.

Sam has one of those projector thingys to show the games on.

Haha, me too! I sat down to watch Mayor of Kingstown last night, never seen any of it before!
 
The writer geezer Taylor Sheridan has been involved in a lot of films and telly shows that's been mentioned on here.....

Any yous watched Mayans MC all the way through? I watched the first two series.

Noticed it's onto series five now. I'm thinking the balls have been kicked out off it like what happend with Sons of Anarchy though.

1st yin was ok, watched a bit of 2nd and forgot about it. Poor mans Sons Of Anarchy.
 
Aye Kurt Sutter does seem to go a wee tad overboard on his shows.
 
City on a Hill is watchable if there's nowt else on. Two series been made.

Set in Boston.
Massachusetts no Boston in Lincolnshire.
 
I didn't end up watching it mate. Got disinterested.
Series 5 (?) was decent ish though
 
Season 3 of True Detective IMO was terrible. A real struggle to watch. The only places that gave it good reviews were the paid partners promoting it. Southland and Fargo (aside from the Chris Rock season) are excellent if you're into US crime drama.
 
Any auld hooligans on here? Been watching the three episodes of Football Cops on Channel 4....
