Tv series

BBC 1's the Responder is good, best role I have seen Martin Freeman in.
Thoroughly enjoying spotting all the scouse actors from Brookside, Bread, Scully!

Stephen Graham is wondering why he didn’t get the lead role though!

Watching trigger point.

Not convinced, but will see it through to the end. It’s a bit like 24.

Binge watching Narcos just now. Don't think I've ever seen so many cigarettes smoked in a tv show before. It's beyond predictable, bordering on boring, knowing that every time you see Felix he'll have a fag to his lips. The Mexicans must think it's tough or cool or something.

Finished the latest series of the Last Kingdom, which was excellent, nae idea what next. Anyone?

No sure if you watched Top Boy before but 3rd series just started. Worth a watch.

Dopesick is good too,true story.

Just finished Yellowjackets on Now Tv/Sky Atlantic and I'd recommend it.

Teenage girls "soccer" team, their coaches and other hangers-on are in a plane crash over the Canadian wilderness on the way to a tournament in 1996. Survivors go a bit "Lord of the Flies" in the 18 months they are stranded with hints at a supernatural/occult happening while they were out there. The series follows the survivors as adults in the present day and what they went through in the woods in the 90s.

I was hoping it would wrap the story up in the ten episodes, but as with everything these days it sets up a second series. Really good though.

Ahh I've just finished the first episode of that. Wasn't overly impressed and wasn't gonna go back to it but I'll stick with it for another few episodes and see

Don't know if anyone else is watching Witchfinder?I think it's very funny.
I've watched the first couple of episodes and aye, it's funny. It's a bit like Upstart Crow in the humour dept.

Had a bit of deja vu when I read this, I’m sure I asked you about the last series of this. Checked and found the latest one. Now watched and was as enjoyable as the last yin.

Just getting into Dopesick when I past out on the sofa and Mrs 1875 had managed to get 3 episodes ahead of me now.

Onto the 5th episode now, pretty good. Actually improves as it goes on, with a good 90’s soundtrack. Reminds me a bit of Lost?

Finished Dopestick, pretty good if a wee bit slow. What next, dinnae fancy topboy, should I give it a go?

Should I watch Yellowstone first?
You can if you want but theres no need, it’s set, believe it or not in 1883, there’s no mention of Yellowstone apart from the main characters are called John Dutton.

Anyone in here watching Peacemaker?
