Agents told them to not even waste their time.
They know who's expected at the table.

If the laddie is going to go, I hope he gets an opportunity with a European team and it’s not along the M8, it would be sad to see him rot on a bench.
I think he's too dear for either of those gimps.
If championship clubs in england were to be genuinely interested then they can outspend the arse cheeks quite easily.
If an epl, or foreign club comes along then its 8 figure stuff.

List of players involved in the free agents training camp this year.
We got Gayle from this a couple ago.

James Scott hasn't half fell away, he's still quite young too I'm sure.
Sure I read Oscar MacIntyre is in this group too. Former Hibs.

Are those even allowed?
Must have to make some kind of basic rate?
I don't know, but I imagine as you say, a low salary with high appearance.money could be arranged. He is not going to have clubs fighting to give him a contract unfortunately for him

I doubt they could afford the fee and wages required to get him ahead of the clubs linked. If they could, they certainly couldn’t do so if he wasn’t going to get a regular game.

John McGinn can shut down any chatter of either Bigot side being a better option than a big side in the English Championship now too.

Some career from Scottish championship runner up to a euro competition winner. Little over a 10 year journey

Big clubs in the Championship can still be a risk. I don't think any player signing a decent contract for Leicester a year ago would have been expecting away days at Mansfield next season.

Anyone and everyone is a risk.
But I'd take McGinns career over Scott Brown's.

Scott incredibly successful with Celtic, but I'd prefer McGinns adventure.

Scott Brown: Took the easy option? Never quite believed he could make it abroad? Make loads of money in an easy league and win easy titles whereas in the EPL maybe a cup?

He openly stated it too.
Had an offer for someone, can't remember who it was, but he basically said that if they got relegated, he didn't want to be one of those "whatever happened to Scott brown?" Types.

His Celtic career can't be sniffed at though.

i really don’t see him away this summer.
Certainly not from the clubs point of view. Plenty time on contract.
His point of view is think will be the same, coming back from a bad injury he will be looking to get back to his best at a club he knows will also have a touch of loyalty to a club who has clearly spent s lot on rehabilitation and looked after him, he’s only had 1 season and missed half of it.
I certainly don’t see us having to sell him through a clause without it being very good money.

Gunts seem to have signed alot so far, hopefully we can hang onto our best players or we could be playing catch up again

They have but they have also lost (or are about to lose) every single decent player they had from last season, plus their manager of course. They will be a complete unknown quantity. I reckon we will finish above them.

By a computer and without a coach or manager.
A yes man to come in and obey orders… they can have it that way all they like.
Definitely part of the reason the bigot jumped ship so alarmingly easy and quickly.
Aye, he scorned a couple of Jamestown purchases and probably wasn’t too popular with Bloom.

He's also now a Manager NOT a Head Coach as he was at the Gunts.

Modou Lamin Marong a 20 year old striker on the radar apparently.
