How about arranging a Foot Clinic meeting between the 3 of us, some of the staff are Hibbees too, we could have a right laugh.
 
So when the wee notes were passed out at Watford back in the day me and my mate Dino started attending the London Hibs meetings.

The harp on the London Hibs badge was a Dino creation. One person at the meeting just off Oxford Street (I think it was proposed the London underground sign with Hibs on it. The same geezer asked what the harp had to do with Hibs).

Yours truly came up with the name for the fanzine Hibees Here Hibees there.

Dino (who makes the Hibees lead panels) is well read. He liked his poems. Here is one....

55 years I've known the man. And although he's from the Inch he's a geezer.

Had a stroke a couple of years back but still going.

When he lived in Inverness he hitch hiked to every game.

A lot of the aulder original posters on here know him well. Carlton, Libby Travel and the Whelehan.

At the Tones concerts when travelling through he always knew a verse the smellies didn't.

Celtc were playing QPR down there. He ripped them apart. Your founder Andy Cairns would be ashamed of yous he said.

By the way shows what you know. Brother Walfrid started Celtc.

What? You think his ma and dad christened him brother Walfrid ya plastics.

We need SOMETHING to cheer us up. I mind having a book yonks ago where Bob Shankly was quoted as saying the inter city fair cup was good but he couldn't see it taking off 🤣

Maybe some statto can confirm that quote. I'm sure we may have played Albanian side KS Besa

I'm also thinking we took our own food and chef as Albania was a shite hole of the highest order back then

Think we put 7 past them?
I seem to recall some sideburn trimming had to be carried out to allow players to enter Albania.
Nae feckin hippies allowed.

I thought that was by Gilzean but not signed by him. 1971/72 league cup final
