Not sure what you mean, Man Utd have been the precise opposite of what's happened at City. Bought using debt, owners who actively take money out of the club and yet they still produce a profit- although significantly smaller than it used to be. Turnover to wage ratio is about 40%.The other side of Manchester were no angels when it came financial irregularities, then, no one dared challenge Fergie. City no longer have a Pep to avoid being challenged. You would think a deduction at least, a demotion at the most. A fine is irrelevant.
