Little things that annoy you.

Are there not a few million different species of insect?

Could do with binning some of them.

I do NOT recommend stopping for a break in the heat and sitting on a fire ants nest.
Yes. If Mother Nature didn't need them they would've been extinct millions of years ago.
Fire Ants are nasty wee *&*^. However, they're just trying to survive, like the rest of us.

Most of them haven't even been identified yet. There's around a million known species and many more yet to be discovered. It's something ridiculous like individual insects outnumber people by 2 billion to 1.

My mate was walking along the River Earn a couple of weeks ago. Lost his footing and disturbed a wasps nest. Over 100 stings all over his head and body. Only escaped cos he got in the river and ducked under several times.
Ended up in a bad way in hospital but thankfully ok. Wee Stripey Bastards.
Hes a hibby too

Wasps are cvnts. They deserve no respect and should be treated as an enemy.

I had my first wasp sting last week and it was sore - can’t begin to imagine how your mate felt but glad to hear he’s ok now.

Walking along the River Earn wasnae Wise.

I was stung on the ear a couple of weeks ago by a Thai mega demon wasp just because my golf ball landed at the foot of the tree they were nesting in. Bastards, very unsportsman like.

I have no idea what that is, but I won’t sleep tonight wondering.

Many, many years ago, I was sitting in my room and was stung under my knee by 2 of those little bastards. It turned out there was a wasp's nest in the west wing. Anyway, my shrill yelp for help got the attention of my late father, Lord Figgate, and he asked me what all the commotion was about. At this point, I was getting just a little upset and was asking for his help. He just stood at my door as I moaned away and said "don't cry, be a man" I hate wasps, bastards.

The fact I have to watch the darts with the volume off. Can't stand that tool of a score caller. Sounds like he's howking up his lungs 🤢

Got stung three times one morning by wasps while I was mowing the lawn. Didn’t realise until that moment that there was a nest in the hedge I was brushing against whilst going back and forth. So I finished the grass cutting, came inside and dabbed the stings with vinegar. Sorted. If they come into the house I just capture them in a glass and release them back outside.

"Citeh" "Dan Saaf" only two examples. How's about remembering you're Scottish?

Items incorrectly priced at the Supermarket. When you scan it at the self service check out, it costs more.
I only bought it because i thought it was reduced. ffs

I know at Aldi you have to get an assistant to put through discounted items - found that out to my cost. That’s partly why I try to avoid the self scan checkouts.

Aye, I've had the assistant come and do that for me, although I had no idea the stuff was discounted!

If the shelf edge price ticket is incorrectly priced, they have to sell it at that price as shown. They can’t bullshit you, it’s consumer law and they know it.

No they don't.
When you take the item to the till you are offering to buy it at that price, the supermarket doesn't have to accept that offer.

Maybe that’s down to individual shops then. It was my missus who told me that as she used to work for a couple of the big chains.

I used to take great delight in finding items in Tesco that I knew had a lower price on the shelf edge label than the actual product should be. A few hundred pounds later and they changed the pricing policy.

Pricing in supermarkets is haphazard at the best of times. Morrisons had an “offer” at one point of a packet of something or other £1.50, or the “offer” a 2-pack for £4.00.
I pointed out to a staff member that it was better to buy two single packs for three quid, but he didn’t see the point made.
