Israel

One of the returned bodies isnae who it should be.
3 buses bombed in Israel. Somebody disnae want the ceasefire tae continue.:coffee1:

His problem here is he is addressing guys who give even less of a fck than he does.

you can only bully people that are afraid.
these *&*^ dinnae give a flying.

I’m sure he said something similar a few weeks ago. They were all to be released by the Saturday or all hell would break out.
That was when Hamas said they'd not release the agreed hostages that Saturday claiming Israel was in breach of the agreement. Following Trump's statement Hamas backed down and released them as previously agreed.

I wonder if Hamas are getting to the point that all they have left is corpses or the mutilated, and it’s thus getting trickier for them.

The negotiation and then agreement for the release of dead bodies is absolute barbarism. On both sides their moral compass is fucked.

Agreed. I meant more along the lines that hostages supposed to be alive, are less so

I reckon Hamas are spinning things out because they expect Israel and the US to carpet bomb Gaza with everyone gathered in the one place there making their extermination easier.

So you’re quite comfortable with the Palestinian people being wiped out then?
Nope, only Hamas.

The Palestinian people need a Government who are interested in serving Palestinians and turning completely away from the gun and the bomb.

Both sides need dialogue not more war. I refuse to take sides.
Any human killed on either side is one too many.

So you want Hamas wiped out but not killed?

The leaders of Hamas need to take a new approach. Just like the IRA leadership did. The IRA leadership eventually realised that the gun and the bomb can only get you so far.

It’s upto the Palestinian people themselves to turn against Hamas if Hamas won’t come to the table. Their policy of terror has been a complete disaster.

The Palestinian people deserve better and need to
Implement a new peaceful government who’s only interest is to feed, cloth and build the Palestinian economy, so the people of that land can live a peaceful and prosperous life.

I don't think Hamas can be compared to the IRA. They simply do not care how many die - very possibly the more the better - and i expect they are willing to wait centuries or millenia.

I do think the IRA cared more about their people than hamas do though.

The IRA were fighting British troops and loyalist paramilitaries.

And yep loyalist civilians got caught up in the violence.

But the loyalist paramilitaries deliberately chose to target nationalist communities.

Either way no one really wins for they? Still death and destruction for innocents.

Both are terrorist groups, so yes you can compare them.
However I get your point that one is more fanatical than the other and they couldn’t give a fuck about human sacrifice.

The IRA were once a fanatical terror organisation but they to their credit made brave unpopular decisions to speak with the British Government and end the terror.

Hamas are an Islamist militant group that will never stop. They need wiped out.

The IRA didn’t care much about who they killed. There’s plenty evidence of this with both Protestant and Catholics perishing through indiscriminate bombing campaigns.

Gerry Adam’s & Martin McGuinness will be looked back on as the men who chose to give up violence. Quite extraordinary when you look at what both had endured with the troubles but both men were highly intelligent unlike the leadership of Hamas who seem to be made up of bitter wee men who like to have us all think they are highly religious! 😳

Not sure that we are saying different things. IRA had a defined political agenda that always had the potential for a political resolution, and eventually that was realised. IRA also responded to things ‘normally’ - for example they wouldn’t have accepted limitless losses of ‘their’ people as a price worth paying. In short, they were rational actors.

Hamas aren’t and, like you say, will likely never stop.

And the campaign carried out by Billy king rat Wright killing innocents put the IRA on a back foot because they could not protect citizens.

The IRA didnae gie a fuck who they killed, they killed more catholics than the British army.
Them and the loyalist terror groups just a shower of thugs

When you analyse the membership of such organisations you begin to realise that most of them are just sad bitter wee auld men that are too stuck in their ways to change.

Reasons why I have to give credit to McGuinness & Adams for having a level of intelligence that some of those other religious groups just can’t seem to comprehend.

Tangoman and the republicans don't seem to grasp that hamas don't give a shit how many die in their pursuit of exterminating Israel. You can't reason with them and this will continue in an horrific loop for decades to come. Tragic doesn't come close.

I think Trump is well aware about Hamas and its fanaticism and because of this he’s preparing to give the Green light to the Israelis to completely wipe them out.

Hamas is almost finished, if it wants to continue it needs to start making better decisions.
The 7th of October has turned out to be a complete disaster for the Palestinian people, who are suffering from moment to moment trying to feed themselves.
Real leaders would never allow this to happen.

IRA blew up a bomb near a shopping centre in Manchester and put a bomb in a bin next to shops in Warrington to name just 2. The conflict was very complex and there was a lot of internal fighting within the community.
Interesting boom, don't be put off by the name of it, I just read is "Thatcher's spy" It gives a lot of insight into how Martin McGuinness moved towards political pressure instead of guns. Gives some good insight into bloody Sunday and other events
