A massive thanks to my boys unstinting pals, McKay, Shep, Tricky , the West Lothian Celtic ex in-laws and everyone who he touched with his unforgettable, courageous documentation of his last several months of a relatively short life on his beloved Bounce.

Is there a donor page available ?.
Everything was a bit last minute Dougie. There was complications with personnel and pitch availability.
Sarcoma Cancer is a relatively small charity due to it's relative scarcity. It historically effects younger people and we were told that Shaun was at the age of 34 one of the oldest that they had dealt with at the Western Oncology Dept. Small mercies, however he left two splendid kids, ten years apart and saw ,
though wheelchair bound, on the day what his Grandad and Great Grandad didnae. Quality!

Recently Bouncers have demonstrated their generosity beyond expectation and am only answering to my very long time pal Dougie @Dier - 1558 who himself is terminally exposed to this unrelenting disease.

So for you Douglas and any others on here, will pass on your kind contribution, no matter how small, to Sarcoma UK. As minnows in this, they provide support and advice to shattered families. That's their reason d'etre.

I'll pass on every penny and good wishes to them and their efforts mate.

This year's winning team, following medals presentation by Finn Lennon McKinley.

On behalf of Eileen and myself we, would like to thank all the organisers, Kirsty, Scott, Alan and Robbie, all participants, spectators and staff of Powerleague who once again raised a magnificent £1000 for Sarcoma UK in Shauns memory.
We also thank all the kids of family and friends who thoroughly enjoyed themselves on the top pitch throughout the day with only a fitba' and not a smartphone or tablet in sight!
