:yas::coffee:Been speaking to Isabel from ITA who did Ukraine and Latvia for Hibs Supporters and they have given me this:

1. Transfers from Landvetter, 2 nights in a twin room in Boras and match ticket for 130 (Discount of 5 to forum readers). This is based on there being 30 people on the transfer otherwise, they can still do it but 10 extra per person.
OR
2. 1 night in a hotel in Boras in a twin room with breakfast and match ticket for 55
3. 2 nights in a hotel in Boras in a twin room with breakfast and match ticket for 95
4. Transfer from the Ryanair flights from Stansted or Prestwick (30 people minimum) for 25 return
5. ONE MORE OPTION: IF THERE ARE 140 PEOPLE INTERESTED THEY CAN DO A PLANE SO POST YOU INTEREST ON THE BOARD AND IF THEY HAVE 140 NAMES BY LUNCHTIME TOMORROW IT MAY BE A GOER..
FLIGHT PRICE WITH COMPLIMENTARY DRINKS FROM EDINBURGH-GOTHENBURG WITH TRANSFERS TO BORAS: 470 (this includes a 10 per person discount for Hibees Bounce Forum Members)

470.......they'll be luck to get 1.40 names.:gaga:

There's a famous saying I recall:

"Too Late was the cry..!!"

They know me and Colin they could have approached us months ago. I am guessing only the KLM few are flying to Landvetter?

We were offering the transfer on the saturday for 15 return from Save Airport to Boras and got a couple of names only.

25 is a decent profit if they get thirty names for a bus!

Bounce tours are doing it for 12.50 return from G'Berg to Boras return and we have a pub and high high jinks arranged!

Prob cause Kev isn't in the country these days that they didn't call as he was the one that was into the football travel

Your probably right Scott, where is Kevin nowadays? Pity, we could have done something too.

Kev's Dad called me last night to let me know they had hotels available in Boras & Gotham City, I said I'd put something on the Bounce to let folk know who hadn't got set up yet but I got caught up at my work 'til dark'o'clock and forgot about it. ?/em Sorry Stuart ?/em

As Mark says, if they'd came to us earlier, we have previous of working with Kev, Isabel, Stuart, etc and would've been happy to do so again ...

In the past my company has organised the Hibs trips to Ukraine and Latvia a long longer in advance of the actual match, as we have known far in advance the location of the match. With this game on the 12th, with the late confirmation of which team we would be playing, we couldn't confirm a charter plane without 10,000 non returnable deposit. So, we decided to wait until we knew where the match would be held and then get details confirmed rather than lose 10,000 we couldn't afford to lose. We already had the hotels held in Boras and the transfers confirmed but the main stumbling block was the plane. As for the transfer, this is based on 30 people and would have been less for a full coach of 52. I hope this sheds some light on the matter. Kev was just one of many people organising the trips but now he is in Tenerife living with his wife. They are running a sports bar called Oscars in Costa Adeje and have all the football showing on their wide screen. If you know the area it used to be called Rick's Bar.
