Aye, my problem is not volume. I can hear most of what gets said but I can't interpret what is being said. Having to get Mrs Wisshbone to handle all the phone calls
(in and out) is really shit. Still, I can always watch Hibs to cheer myself up.

Yup.
Lack of clarity is a killer.
Its the top register that i'm missing.
As you say, ye can hear the words , but ye can't quite make it out.
