Trump's crass imbecilic comments about NATO troops holding back off the front lines while his heroic Yankee Doodle Dandies did all the frontline warfare must have pissed off every UK veteran or serving personnel. How to win friends and influence people, eh.

Truth is the Septics Govt have spectacularly fucked up every military intervention everywhere they've been involved with since WW2. A litany of military disasters and planes full of coffins flying back to the fatherland.

And now the draft dogder in chief thinks he can slag off actual frontline troops from the comfort of his own nursing home. Jeez. Gie us peace.

There was some yank dude on QT last night. You could tell he was embarrassed by his fellow country man, but he was shit scared to critisize him. Poor sod was terrified.

egb I watched that, something about her smiling over confident attitude came over a bit false, however as you say a bit more comprehensive than the usual rags.
I must admit I enjoy reading your comments, you do have a good grasp of world affairs.
Triggernometry is a good show I watch it quite a lot the pair of them really do get a different perspective on subjects.

Agree with most of that except people challenging him. It won't happen in the glare of the cameras but many of his stunts he then rows back from are either him deliberately overshooting to land where we actually intends, or him being influenced.

So he's either smarter than people would like to think or he is influencable. By whom is another matter - public opinion, international pressure, internal advisors, backroom diplomacy? Who knows, though I'd guess probably a combination.

Always give your adversary a face saving out is a key rule of diplomacy and I suspect never more relevant than with Trump. The anonymous blokes behind the scenes will be doing their bit.

She is in a job way above her head and is incapable of answering a simple question. She is symptomatic of those in charge in the us right now. Ones who follow the leader blindly and have no critical thinking. Yes capitalism has fucked us over but this shit is on another scale. We all laugh at the cliche that this is like orwells 1984. It damn well looks like it to me. The big test comes when he is crushed in the mid terms. Then we do enter dangerous territory.
Also I'm sure the Democrats are taking notes at what he is getting away with. The us is fecked for decades to come and won't go back to anything like normal anytime soon unless the spell is broken and critical thinking returns. Hopefully if the brown stuff does hit the fan I'll be long gone. No consolation For those left to deal with it.

Her biggest problem is going to come when The Mango Mussolini loses, and she needs new employment, people will remember her , her lies and are going to associate her with the corrupt administration that’s in charge now, hopefully she might pay off her debts before disappearing into the shadows of motherhood
