I'm not sure it's a huge chunk of mainstream republicans. But it is reflective of those who are absolutely in control of the party and loyal to Trump. That will fade as his presidency goes on. He won't run again and so there will have to be a new centre of power. It will be a mighty fight as to where that is.
I'm not sure Johnson is in the same league as Trump. But I think you are right that it will take some healing. Smarter Republicans are already pushing back on some of the Trump mayhem. If not for principle but an awareness it could be done to them in future.

Mobiles and car phones were quite popular with rich folk in the 80s and 90s though much bigger than what we have today... pagers we're quite popular until the mid to late 90s when mobile phones really became affordable to the average Joe....I got my first one in 1996. a Motorola flare.. none of my friends had one and when I phoned them I could only phone their house number.
