fair play to them that's pretty clever

i was actually surprised when i discovered how close the louden tavern was to parkhead

some reason i thought it was in rangers heartland

That's actually pretty funny, no doubt the Celtc fans will get all uppity about it...

I actually once got dragged into that "Tavern".

My old work was doing a "best practice" visit at Tennant Caledonians Wellpark brewery arranged through the Chemicals Industries Association , and as Grangemouth has a fair smattering of Huns, we all went for a drink at the Louden after the visit ( The Hibs, Celtic, Falkirk and Dunfermline fans amoungst us were very wary, but the one of the Huns was the bus driver , so we had to follow).

Thankfully, the place was near empty, so we felt a bit more settled and , I suppose, very curious. Inside, it has a big picture of Elizabeth Windsor above the door, and framed pictures of the Rangers team through the ages (Similar to what we have in the four in hand).

So as I said, after a few minutes we all kinda relaxed, and most of the "other teams" punters were commenting on things like Derek Parlanes sideboards , and Derek Johnstones Afro.

So all was going well, and we were ready to go when one of our more idiotic Hun types went to the barman and asked "Kin ye pit "The Platoon" oan", so for a further five minutes were we subjected to a whole load of loyalist "music" , which completely fecked up the relaxed atmosphere that had gone before.

We drove home on the bus in silence...:14bizqa.jpg:

We've missed prank-calling them every weekend, whoopee!

'Hiya is there an Ivan Sproule in the bar?'
daft barmaid shouts it out twice before barman grabs phone for the obligatory ' f##k off ya aids ridden taig' :laff:

Phone them up and ask to speak to Timmy:laff:
