Few months later we go for a 12 week scan.

Midwife: "Have you had a scan in this pregnancy before now?"
Us: "Nope."
Midwife: "OK, well, both babies are doing fine"...

Well done K.
Congrats to you and your other half mate
Better get some sleep while you're u can mate...

Missed the original post Kris so a belated congrats!

Will be a lot fun once you get over the sleep deprivation. Good job you never took the move to Switzerland!

I forget how old your other 2 kids are but hopefully they can help a lot and maybe even babysit fairly soon so you guys can still have a social life beyond the twins.

No bother, man. Yeah, I know I made the right decision. But it was hard for a moment in time.

Aye, I think that's key; get them involved and part of it all. They're just coming up for 9 & 11. Ha! I can call them the Twin Towers.

The social life is key, I reckon. Probably one of the biggest causes of my kids mum & I splitting. Unintentionally developing our own social lives separate for each other (as it was the only way either of us could get time off) and essentially drifting apart.

I won't make those mistakes again.
