SPFL: Celtic will be too strong for the rest. They have the strongest squad and the finances to ensure they won't be troubled too much. They are far more concerned about getting into the group stages of the Champions League than any threat from the Rangers or anyone else. Aberdeen will IMO be Celtic's biggest challengers and will finish second. I can see the Rangers possibly sneaking into third but I do think they are in for rude awakening this season and IMO Warburton won't see the season out. If he does though, he will go back south next summer. Hearts I think will joust for fourth and fifth place with St Johnstone and that will finish off Neilson as head coach. Kilmarnock look likely to finish bottom with Hamilton and ParticK fighting it out for the play-off spot.

Top four prediction: Celtic
Aberdeen
Rangers
St Johnstone

Championship: Despite being still short of about 3 players, Hibs look to have the strongest squad in the Championship and should win the league. IMO we will be almost done as a major club in Scotland if we don't win that league this season and Lennon would certainly be finished as a top level manager should the unthinkable happen. That's how much is at stake as far as I am concerned. I think Hibs will prevail eventually but I don't see us running away with the league despite what many fans seem to think. I think our squad strength will eventually ensure we come out on top next May, but the league is a marathon not a sprint and consistency throughout the 10 month season will be the order of the day. My big worry is serious injuries to key players affecting us, but in reality there is nothing we can do about that. We just have to hope for the best. Complacency is also a concern but in Neil Lennon I think we have a manager who will ensure that does not affect us. Dundee United IMO will be our biggest challengers and they must be taken seriously. They have a good manager who knows the league very well and they have some good players in their squad who will be determined to get the club back up at the first time of asking. Falkirk will be there or thereabouts but I have a feeling they won't be as effective a team this season. The surprise challengers for me could be St Mirren who have an experienced team and a streetwise manager.

Top four prediction: Hibernian
Dundee United
St Mirren
Falkirk

Enjoy the season folks and let's hope we are celebrating our long awaited return to the top league next Spring.

Enjoy the season folks and let's hope we are celebrating our long awaited return to the top league next Spring.

I expect Thellick to win their league well, Aberdeen to be a good second, the gorgie molestors to be a decent third and St Johnstone 4th. I expect the Hundogs and Killie to battle relegation with Hamilton dabbling with fear before laughingly leaving the Huns behind to rot.

I think Thellick will win the League Cup, Hibernian the Scottish cup, beating the relegated huns in the final before invading the pitch to pure delerium. The Hibs fans will pay the fine.

In the diddy league, I hope Hibs win it, Falkirk get relegated, the wee gorgie **** houston gets run over by a bus and Dundee Hibernian come up after beating the hundogs in the play offs. The new natural order is then resumed. St Mirren, Morton and Bunfermline will take points off others, Gary Cock will get sacked and the goodwill afforded Campbell Hutton will be lost in a Rudi Skatchel driven pish flood on the coffee table of Lockes birds hoose.

Methinks this was written with the slightest of bias! :Sparkle_Cool:

Premiership

Celtic
Sevco
Sheep
Gunts

Championship

Dundee Utd
Hibs
Falkirk
Raith

We're still short in a few positions, Hendo is still a massive gap to fill and a key player who hasn't been replaced, Dundee Utd are my main concern they have a very capable squad that can not be under estimated.

pish pish pish...and I hope you hold me to that :rollfloor

Sellick
Huns
Sheep
Gunts

Hibs
Arabs
Fakurk
St midden

I reckon both Hibs and Sellick to win both their leagues pretty easily and the same goes with the runners up spots with sevco and Dundee utd
Dundee United will give us a good challenge if they can keep the young boy Simon Murray fit he's the only player in the championship who I wouldn't mind being with us this season and I expect him to break the 20 goal barrier this season and is the main danger imo to us winning the league
