New strip?

As title says, not s clue if genuine but my mate sent this, he says the same so we don’t know it actually the strip but is really nice. Are we using Reebok 🤷‍♂️4aeac55a-d239-433d-a625-39214d7e6b30.jpeg
 
That's a fan mock up of a strip - but there's certainly strong rumours we've cancelled the Joma deal and are going with Reebok in the coming season.

Didn't we just re-sign with Joma last season? Be expensive to cut out of that?

Joma give us bespoke kits, if we went with a Reebok we'd just get templates, I'd stay where we are?

I'm sure it was due to expire this summer, and when we announced 45 strips for this season past, we renewed the deal with them for another 3 or 4.
I think that's post Kensell?

Really nice strip. The fan mock ups always look better than the supplier versions. It would be great if Hibs invited suggestions from fans then a vote. Probably more money involved as bespoke so won’t happen, unfortunately.

Hibs blamed Fanatics for that.
Interested to see how different that is this year once it's all in house again.

Not sure we've even hired the head of the stores yet. Saw the advert about a month ago. Could be a late start this summer.

That was something you looked forward to, pr season games in the new home strip. I agree, don’t know who does the marketing, but in this regard, commercially they’re not very bright.

Looking back it looks like it was a head of E-commerce rather than the shop we were hiring.
Guess that role is for online sales?

I have this random memory of us wearing the next year strip on the last day of the season some time in the past.

Was that a thing?
 
Nice jersey that. I see Reebok are making a comeback by making tops again, like the Panama strips at the WC.

Not sure how true the template comment with Reebok would be. They’ve been out of the football game for a while and starting to make their way back in. The hardly have an extensive catalogue of clubs on their books.
 
Shops no ready yet. Saw guys working in there a couple days ago.

Once the shops ready, the strip will come. Should be soon.

We're usually the second half of June anyway?
 
With Kerr being announced in a retro kit from the 90s I'd assume the contract with joma must be up as he would have been announced in last seasons kit if we were still with them.

Nah there's no way we don't have a kit maker in place. And there's zero chance that wouldn't be news.

The strips are supposed to show his evolution as a supporter. Through the years of those kits I guess?

He was born in 97 mate that top was out 6 years before he was born lol (the 91 top he was paraded in)

Aye we'll definitely have a kit maker in place a just don't think it'll be joma. Usually when players sign and the new kits not out yet they're paraded in last seasons kit especially before pre season starts. No joma signs on the website either from what I could see.

Seems weird we'd not be with them after signing a new deal last year. And even weirder that there's no announcement at all.

Can't imagine there's a big conspiracy around kit manufacturers. Just us getting twitchy.
It'll come.
18th of June last year we announced the home kit.
