It's not hugely expensive to add on family or indeed for employer to give such coverage to an employee. So Hibs won't be paying for the actual treatment. What i find much more concerning is if the son is an employee of the club. Was it a position that was advertised? Marketing positions generate a lot of interest. Though I'm sure that just like Malky Mackay and indeed David Marshall all were absolutely the best candidates for the jobs....
