Once it's in your gob yes. This should actually be in the "annoy you" thread. Before I left permanently I lost count of the arguments I had with bar staff all over Britain. Every time I'd say "cold Guinness please and just pour it right up, no need to let it settle" the looks and fear in their eyes was comic. "Can't do that" they'd say. "You absolutely can" I'd reply. Mostly they would do it and of course the extra cold draught Guinness pours perfectly without sitting. On two occasions they reluctantly agreed but sneakily let it sit. Both times I walked out.
 
Not sure if this counts but playing golf today [which despite my lack of ability always gives me pleasure] and my playing partner's second shot on a 322-yard par 4 [by far the shortest on the course] was a putt. The sheer beauty of seeing someone drive a ball from the tee, straight as an arrow onto the green made my day.

  • Banging into my Hibs pals, home, away,and wherever.
  • Huns/Gunts/Real Madrid/Liverpool losing
  • A good meal.
  • A good glass of red wine, indeed, a bottle.
  • My wife, she is sound as.
  • My laddies, nieces, nephews, and best pals kids, I am so, so proud of them.
  • Spending time with my pals, here and in the real world.
  • Everton.
  • Looking forward to my next trip.
  • Arriving in a place I love.
  • Arriving in a new place.
  • A dry car seat after an away trip with Shrink.
  • Good coffee.
  • A cheese, cold meat, good cheese, piccalilli and vegan coleslaw roll/ sandwich.
  • Pate.
  • Did I mention Hibs?
 
Sitting on the balcony in Spain when the sun comes up around 10am. Nipping over to the port to Mary’s Irish bar where the barman puts the Hibs games on for us. My wife’s smile as she enjoys a nice crisp white wine.
 
Wakening up early and knowing you have no work 😁

I was reading through this and realised my only contribution was negative, which isn't really in the spirit of the thread so...

My daughter taking pride in something she has done
The missus smiling at me first thing in the morning
My dog trying to get my attention to play with her
Discovering great new music
Nostalgically reveling in great old music
Gigs - particularly that rush when you hear the intro of your favourite song by that artist kicking in
Getting a shock/jump in a horror movie
Completing a rock hard video game
Learning something new
Hibs winning
