Little things that annoy you.

Seeing 'draw' written when 'drawer' is meant.
Agreed! Kids tv programme asking them what this was....🪚.. 'yes kids, its a saw' and what is this that rhymes with saw..... 🚪....DOES IT FUCK!

A door rhymes with 'bore, core, four, gore, more, pour, roar, sore, tore, whore etc...' but not ever a fuckin🪚 ya english twat. 🤡

1/ Folk who put the wrong stuff into the communal recycling bins.
FFS read what its says on the outside..."no plastic bags".
Someone put a whole load of sludge in the green communal bin near me last week.

2/ The cashless society we now live in. Some people just want to use good old fashioned cash.
Any place that doesn't offer that facility (including Easter Road stadium) can GTF.

We all know draw rhymes with ba' 😁

Advice: avoid listening to programmes in RP English. Or should I say, Ahh, P.

My best mate is a right stickler for paying cash for everything. I'll even pay on my card and he will give me the cash if forced to use a card. I admire his stance. I just can't be arsed carrying cash unless for small things like rolls.

Reminds me of a guy at work who got his English wife to say The mayor of Ayr was combing his hair on the stair.
The meh of eh was combing his heh on the steh 🤷

1/ Celebrities who suddenly decide they can turn their hand to being an author - the list is endless!

2/ Misuse of the car horn. 99% of the time it is used for one driver to communicate to another "I am annoyed"

And if they weren't celebrities they wouldn't have got a book deal in the first place, so young, talented authors miss out.

Many years ago, a Policeman advised me, that, the horn is not to be used as a rebuke.. It's to be used as a warning of danger.

That was always my understanding, in most situations I see any danger has long since passed or was never there to begin with

They smiling false cnuts don't write anything, they employ a professional writer to do it for them.

Centrifugal force. The laws of physics.
Also the laws of habit. Turning left in a car your body is pushed left (centrifugal force) and leaning into the bend stops you sliding across the seat (as a passenger or driver especially before seat belts). On a two wheeled vehicle you lean into a turn to avoid falling off! No seatbelt on two wheelers so no help there.
After riding two wheelers for about 10 years the habit of leaning stays with me still. On a bus still I lean into a bend to avoid squashing whoever is sitting next to me (buses tend to create quite a force on corners as they have a low centre of gravity and no seat belts and bus drivers mostly turn into a bend a bit fiercer than other drivers (try moving along a bus with a bag of shopping where theres's a bend before you get off, fecking kami kazi stuff - solution, make sure the wife does the shopping!). Even on a bicycle you lean into a bend and it becomes second nature/habit so not particularly suerprising.

Getting on or off a bus with shopping is tricky enough but getting down the stairs of a bus with shopping is brutal. Especially after a few pints.

Try a compromise, three wheeler 😜

So is Dubai.
And in Qatar - spent a couple of years in Doha and you basically had to learn to drive like an arse. No courtesy provided by any drivers and the roads were always gridlocked so you just had to look for a gap and force your way in. No *&*^ was ever flashing you in! Amazingly didn't see all that many bumps but the nick of a lot of the bumpers on cars told a different story.

As a Londoner I have never been able to pronounce "draw" properly. I have made various attempts to amend this, after much amusement from my wife and children, but to no avail.
As a defence I can say that after travelling extensively across the UK and Ireland that mispronunciation is rife throughout all of these lands. I have been to Fife, Aberdeen, Weegieland, Dublin, Belfast, Cardiff, Barry Island, Brum, Newcastle and Bristol to select just a few and there's enough data amongst that lot to give a speech therapist nightmares. So not being able to pronounce draw correctly, occasionally dropping my aitches (how many folk wrongly pronounce that word as haitch?) and swapping a th for an f at the beginning of a word, is not really a hanging offence when you draw/drore a more realistic picture.
I do agree that teachers taking English classes should either have to pronounce it correctly or, like me, learn to avoid using it.

You, me and so many others speak the words in the accent we learned when growing up. To be fair my gripe was about the spelling of drawer by those who think it is actually draw because they don't pronounce it properly

Same in Kuwait. Better off on the sand with a camel!

So your working in a nice auld couples hoose and listening to sounds.

So it could either be Swifties lyrics

All that time
I sat alone in my tower
You were just honing your powers
Now I can see it all (See it all)
Late one night
You dug me out of my grave and
Saved my heart from the fate of
Ophelia (Ophelia)

Or Iggy and the Stooges lyrics

I got my cock in my pocket and I'm shovin' it through your pants
I got my cock in my pocket and I'm shovin' it through your pants
I just wanna fuck, I don't want no romance
Yeah, I'll just fuck you, baby, don't want no romance

Maybe I'm auld fashioned but....
