Just a little introduction from an Irish man in the 'burgh.

Hi everyone.

Just thought I'd say hello. Just signed up to learn more about the club/supporters in the hope I will be have myself a Scottish club to supporti during my stay here in Edinburgh and after.

I've been to a couple of matches before.. A 6-1? win over Gretna and a 2-2 draw over Celtic *spits*

I've an avid Derry City supporter who needs a Scottish team. Call me vein for choosing a team with some form of Irish identity but it helps me feel at home so not a bad thing. I couldn't support the tims 'cause their following back home sickens me so it had to be the hibees ;)

Christ. Given the grammatical errors above I'm suprised anyone welcomed me at all. I'll try better next time. Haha. Thanks for the replies.

So can anyone give me an idea of where to go prior to Hibs games at home? I've passed by the cabage n ribs on occasions... is this the spot where everyone convenes b4 a match?

Plenty of places to go before match days, Albion Bar, Hibs Club (on sunnyside)Jaynes, Tamsons. I am sure no matter where you go you'l be made to feel welcome
