I think we're the better team, without really creating a clear cut chance. McGrath is a big miss I think, but Josh Campbell could be used more in there for better effect I think
 
Stuart Lovell talking about players needing to be braver. Can't think of a more heartless player to wear green and white.
 
Lovell is a slaver...literally one penalty decision between the teams and he's like

"Oo Motherwell by far the better team"
 
Managing to catch bits on smarters.
We've done some okay work down our right, but not committing anywhere near enough bodies forward.

Quite a poor attempt from Mulligan to give them their penalty.

We need to do better going forward, not representative of our first 45 midweek.
 
Just looked at the penalty again Salinger is still bouncing about when the kick is taken lost any momentum to get to the ball, numpty

I don't think we've been that poor.
Good chance of getting something out of this. I don't see us scoring 4 after HT, mind, but a win is still highly plausible.
Then again, I liked Stuart Lovell when we were shite in Division 2 and when we were very good for half a season, so what do I know?
 
Motherwell have done well in getting a manager that seems to be continuing the work of the previous one.

From what I saw in the 1st half we have similar problems to last season in that we get to the 18 yard box and then don't have the creatively to unlock defences.
