Some hotel that was in Dniproā¦ā¦ā¦ weirdest bar ever.Of course I'm generalising, but some folk these days need everything done for them unlike us Dnipro groundbreakers who ventured into the unknown head on.![]()

Exactly. The irony is if there was 4 teams genuinely challenging for the title our game would get stronger and more money would come from sponsorship and TV money. The bigot bros don't seem to realise that the huge financial gulf between them and 3rd is actually holding them back and harming them.Exactly. If there was fair distribution of wealth up here and fair and even playing field off the pitch Scottish football would be in a far healthier state, but those two horrible bastards in Glasgow will never allow it.
I helped Kevin with that, take it from me, it was a lot of hassle.I remember the charters that Kevin Thomas ran to Dnipro. He sent over 3 plane loads of Hibbies mostly hassle free but It wasn't cheap for a ticket.
Unlike Dnipro a game in Denmark is a lot more accessible although this place is a pain in the arse to get to. I could only see fans considering it as an absolute last resort bearing in mind that the price doesnt even include a night away.. I doubt it will get off the ground
Central Edinburgh prices that, or not far off. Its gonna sting harder than 8 quid over there I suspect!Iāve heard itās rather expensive in Denmark for a pint. Ā£8 on average
Thatās an expensive round.![]()
Irish pub only opens weekends...and apparently mankie. Better using Fox and Hound Scottish pub.Irish bar in herning centre called Murphys.
Have a feeling it might be visited by the boys![]()
I seem to remember you carrying a big poly bag full of passports.I helped Kevin with that, take it from me, it was a lot of hassle.

I done the same but we got the bus from Edinburgh to London then another bus to Dover and in the ferry lol 20 hours or something lolI was at that game in Amsterdam, some weekendā¦.
I still know Sergey, lives in Liverpool, is a big Evertonian and still comes up to see Hibs.I remember standing in there having a drink with Sergey the Russian Hibs fan
We got delayed for hours over an argument about who was paying for the fuel. By the time we got on the flight we were fucking reeking.I remember the charters that Kevin Thomas ran to Dnipro. He sent over 3 plane loads of Hibbies mostly hassle free but It wasn't cheap for a ticket.

We will get a minimum of 500 per UEFA rules. Club probably trying to get more but that's up to the Danes and they'll be ones to dictate price and sale date.Surprised we've not heard anything from Hibs yet, less that 4 weeks until the game. I know theres still time but it would be good to know how many we are getting.
I reckon we will only get what that away end holds, 850 or whatever it is. They seem like a pretty well supported side.We will get a minimum of 500 per UEFA rules. Club probably trying to get more but that's up to the Danes and they'll be ones to dictate price and sale date.
It was about 8 quid for a pint in Copenhagen city centre 9 years ago
When are we expecting ticket details for this game? Less than a month to go and it certainly seems like more have booked up than there will be tickets available.
Never forgot breakfast tooā¦ā¦ā¦gelatine veg with a dry egg! 10 of us in one room! We booked a few rooms but not sure what happened. Irvine Welsh getting carried into the hotel at one point was interesting. Also I ended up on STV and predicted a Riordan goal! Missed the 5 that Dnipro would score. Amazing people and adventure and a halfā¦ā¦..Ā£1 bottles of champagne on the train back to Kiev was a highlight. Some hotel that was in Dniproā¦ā¦ā¦ weirdest bar ever.
What's your coping strategy when Hibs are playing rubbish?I will drive the bus as I donāt drink. Happy for a free ticket though![]()

We went upmarket and I somehow managed to book two apartments for ten of us. Can't really mind much but it felt like we're were staying in Easterhouse with furnishings that were a 70s hippy's dream.Never forgot breakfast tooā¦ā¦ā¦gelatine veg with a dry egg! 10 of us in one room! Me +1 in thereI was late to book as was on the other side of the world when the draw was made. Me and my mate are staying the Wednesday in Copenhagen and Thursday in Herning.
Booked this for Herning, anyone saying here, I guess Hibs fans are as it is fully booked, much like most places there.

The next town along?Four of us in a flat in Ostergaard Street in Ikast.
If that was to be the case then it there wouldn't even be enough for Hibs First members by the time the sponsors, players and staff get theirs.Picked up online....
Away fans are housed within the south-west corner of the stadium which is accessible from entrance/indgang 1. It is marked on the above seating plan as āUdeholdā which literally translates as āaway teamā.
For European matches donāt expect the away allocation to be particularly generous as FC Midtylland are currently having a purple patch. Based on UEFAās 5% rule the away allocation is likely to be a fraction under 600 tickets but this is just a guess and by no means official.
Average attendance for last season was apparently 9,557.Their stadium only holds 12,185.
Yeah. It's about ten minutes on the train. The next town along?
HIbs First is capped at 500 according to Hibs official site ( and sold out) and only given 'priority' for European ties. Doesn't say guaranteed ticket. Those thinking they will get a ticket automatically to hand on to their mates might be in for a shock. If that was to be the case then it there wouldn't even be enough for Hibs First members by the time the sponsors, players and staff get theirs.
Also, if Hibs decided to do what the SFA do for Scotland fans and make a random number of people collect tickets over there then that would cause chaos because we all know that not all HF members who are buying a ticket for this are going to the game and are only sorting 'pals' out, much like Aberdeen last season.
Iāll always remember the bar/terrace we happened upon at 9 in the morning as we spilled off the train arriving from Kiev.We went upmarket and I somehow managed to book two apartments for ten of us. Can't really mind much but it felt like we're were staying in Easterhouse with furnishings that were a 70s hippy's dream.
Anyhow after 36 hours travel we were smelling like gunts by the time we got there. The barry news was that we had showers to fall into. The bad news was that they were installing a district heating system at the time. There was more rain in the Gobi desert than water coming out of the shower heads.
Got there smelling like gunts, got hame smelling like huns. Smashing trip.
It was capped at 500 so that every member would be 'guaranteed' a ticket for every away game should they choose to go to them. Thats fine for Scotland as theres no ground with an away section of less than 500.HIbs First is capped at 500 according to Hibs official site ( and sold out) and only given 'priority' for European ties.
