Sean Dyche sacked. , unbelievable , the sole reason burnley have lasted this long in the EPL
Anyone who could keep burnley up for that long on their budget will be snapped up pretty quick I would thinkBonkers decision
Wonder if he fancies a crack of the game in Scotland![]()
A bit like my home town team Palace, Burnley often in the relegation zone but pull away late on and survive. Palace have done what Hibs are attempting by hiring a manager that they think will change their style, play better football and improve their standing in the league. Palace seem to have picked a winner in Viera and Burnley may be tempted to do the same but you have to get the right man. Viera was not a unanimous choice amongst the supporters but won them over early on by the teams improvement on all fronts. SM does not have the financial backing that Palace have nor the tv money so a much more difficult starting point. Viera came pre season so had a bit of time to recruit/coach before the season started. Different circumstances but it can be done. I still thought Burnley would stay up but now Dyche has gone I wouldn't put any of my money on it.Sean Dyche sacked. , unbelievable , the sole reason burnley have lasted this long in the EPL![]()
I would expect him to be offered more dosh from English clubs, even the lower divisions, than Hibs could afford. He is a manager who gets the best from what he is given to work with and that alone will have clubs queuing up for him.Bonkers decision

Although I want Maloney to stay a while longer. This is the kind of guy I'd go for.
Was it Dyche that McGinn told to shut up then slagged his jacket![]()
£3.5 million a year was his Burnley salary.... He might be a bit out of our price rangeAlthough I want Maloney to stay a while longer. This is the kind of guy I'd go for.
Vieira was a stroke of genius on CP's part; intelligent, street-smart, tough, a leader and tactically clever too, it was just a case of could he cut it and now he is slicing it with ease.A bit like my home town team Palace, Burnley often in the relegation zone but pull away late on and survive. From one eye bleed to anotherNext manager![]()
I think you'd be surprised how many fans wouldn't mind eye bleeding stuff if we were lying in the top four and winning more than losing. From one eye bleed to another![]()

Take Hertz for example.
Results have a serious effect on fans desires.Mmmm, many people were anti Jack Ross due to his football, he got us third last year.
The 0.5million would give RG a stroke.£3.5 million a year was his Burnley salary.... He might be a bit out of our price range
For £½ a million I'd give Ron a strokeThe 0.5million would give RG a stroke.
