Ya fcuking beauty!@Stu will be creaming himself...
It's beautiful on ice cream or a maple taffy (maple on snow)!Maple syrup pops into the strangest things. I accidentally bought pork sausages that had maple syrup in them. Nasty. But maple syrup on pancakes or waffles is about the only use for maple syrup as far as I am concerned.
I got some in Canada once at a farmers market. Unbranded bottle from a guy who just stuck the tap thing into one of his trees. It's beautiful on ice cream or a maple taffy (maple on snow)!
Yep, that's the real thing alright. It's a simple process and you can even do it with other deciduous trees such as walnut and birch. They normally do it in around Feb/Mar when the conditions are right.I got some in Canada once at a farmers market. Unbranded bottle from a guy who just stuck the tap thing into one of his trees.
Truly outstanding and I’ve never had anything like it since.

I just read that as 'delicious trees' and moved on without a second thought.Yep, that's the real thing alright. It's a simple process and you can even do it with other deciduous trees such as walnut and birch. They normally do it in around Feb/Mar when the conditions are right.
