They decimated the Arabs by signing Armstrong, Ciftci and GMS.
Now they're signing Hates from Aberdeen.

Do they really need an 30 year old winger?

In the world football food chain bigger clubs are always going to take players from smaller clubs. Celtic will sign players from the likes of Aberdeen, Hibs, Hearts etc...just as Hibs will always sign players from Championship clubs and smaller SPL clubs. Having said all that I agree in principal that a 30 year old winger isn't going to enhance Celtic's Champions League aspirations any more than what they are at the moment.

exactly this. the playsers we sign we need so imo theres absolutely nae comparison between us signing murray and them signing Hayes

Celtic have always done this, just like Rangers used to.

But I wouldn't expect any different. Celtic are a horrible club.

And when they get pumped by bigger teams in Europe, it will be the same old crap that they don't have enough competition in the domestic league. Had an interesting chat with a celtic fan the other week around him saying they will take McGinn but he wont get a game for them. The arrogance from them is at a new high with the treble and unbeaten season.
