The closest station in the Horwich Parkway one.

It's the traditional "away" support pub

How far in a taxi is it from Bolton Train station to the Stadium?

A couple of miles, will be about 6 quid I reckon. There is a railway station outside the stadium called Howrich Parkway, short walk to pub and even shorter to the ground.
