Sounds plausible tbh. Could see Beardsley wanting into management, Shearer will want some coaching experience before he gets the Newcastle job and if he does it part time he can still do his media stuff keeping his profile up, and the two of them will know Tommy Craig from his years at Newcastle.

Do I want them? Couldn't really care less tbh. The manager will make little or no difference to the club unless they are utterly hopeless. If they aren't shite then they will still have to work within ridicilous parameters which is always going to limit where the club can go.

My current level of apathy, and complete disillusionment with Hibs is at an all time high. I wasn't this pissed off when I seen us relegated tbh...
 
I only hope that whoever the new manager is also brings with him a goalkeeping coach to get rid of G.Marshall.

But on the above matter no way bring in someone experienced to bring a bit of stability and someone who can work in the most prudent of surroundings...theres only one choice for me...Mark McGhee

Mark McGhee has said he is categorically not interested in the Hibs job according to Radio Scotland on Saturday.

This non football board haven't a clue.

If anything the vacant position for manager will please this board as it pretty much allows them to invest feck all in January instead of literally feck all..

Also i don't like the twat. He's got his mates GJP & GPP spinning on his behalf for the Scotland job.

Direspectful to the fans of Motherwell.

IF he got the Hibs job he'd have his mates spinning for every available job.

Mind you i don't think GJP is going to last very long at Birmingham..:bye

As will installing yet another rookie manager happy to get his first foot on the managerial ladder. Also means another pawn who will be expected to stand by as any player of worth is sold on.:sad

Absolutely.

Also added to the criteria for the next appointment will be a new insert..

'New appointment must not be financially secure as to avoid him quitting and leaving us facing embarassment'.
 
Well its that or Mixu , can you see Rod getting the purse out ,to much out of character never know though could this be the start of a new era down ER way ???:hmmm
 
I could accept someone who has been learning the ropes for a year or two in a proper management position (eg Mixu/Paul Lambert) but I'll be extremely disappointed if we get yet another rookie manager.
