I am sorry to all my fellow Hibs fans who went to see this disgrace today, l promised myself 24 hours cooling down period but am so upset what has happened today l must vent my feelings and put the blame where it belongs and l do not give a F*** if you people say l am in Canada and do not go to see the team every other week l F***ing bleed green and refuse to let 2 individuals destroy my team and we must blame:

(1) Rob Petrie, for not providing the funds so we can have a decent size squad of players incase of injuries, who has ever heard of a team playing in a national cup semi-final having a centre forward starting who has never kicked a ball for you, f*** only in Roy of the Rovers or a Disney Movie and yes Rob your actions are Mickey Mouse. Thanks to your short comings Mr. Petrie this team will not make Europe and hell knows how season ticket sales will be, thanks Rob but at least our balance sheet looks good.

(2) Mr. TM in 3 out of 4 games against Hearts our defence has let in 4 goals each game but what do you go out and get mid field players and forwards. Tony one piece of advice " Offence entertains, defence wins championships" Till you get that into your head nothing will get better, thank you for a sixth place finish this year. Sorry l have been a Hibs fan for 54 years and you have proved F*** all to me Turnbull, Stein, McFarlene were managers until you give the players the a kick up the arse when they deserve you will only be a yes man. When you have long gone from Easter Road l will still be going to support the team that gives me the right to say what l say. F***ING TOTALY GUTTED IN CANADA:banger:

I think we all share your frustrations mate.

Your points are however debatable..

Agreed.

I think you should have stuck to your original plan to take 24 hours to consider Mapleleaf.

I don't think Rod Petrie can be held responsible for what happened....

but obviously you have a different view.

This is a free world and everyone is entitled to their own opion but when was the last time Hibs bought a player for over $20,000 sorry pounds, when was he last time we had 3 shut outs in a row and when was the last time we won a game when we were getting beat at half time Manager and Chairmen must share the blame, one will not make funds available to buy quality players and the other does not have a clue how to manage a team.

No problem with you having an opinion.
I've got loads.

I just think that Rod Petrie is too easy a target.

TM HAS had funds. He has chosen to sign striker after striker, and has made decisions on signings which may (with hindsight) be questionable.
Our defence, and GK position was a problem when TM arrived.
It still is.
Amadou was given a decent contract, Rudge was not.
I know who I would have signed.
We can't compete with the Gunts financially at present, but it's up to TM what he does with our resources available.
Whether he has spent wisely is perhaps now becoming clearer.

Well Mr. Shrink we can agree on Amadou, but l will ask you and all other Hibees has TM a good eye for talent or took a chance and got lucky on some occasions. I am beggining to think the latter, sorry all you TM lovers he is still not shown any improvement .

Correct.

Tony Mowbray is to blame for today, and indeed for our dismal form since the end of the January transfer window. Konde for Rudge? Konte for anyone whatsover?

However, I have no complaints about Mowbray in general over his tenure at our club. He is still a novice and he knows this himself.

That excuse for a goalie should bear the brunt of today's shambles. OK, not everyone likes Brown but, apart from his handball against Celtic can anyone tell me what he has done wrong since he got his place back? Nothing in my opinion. Zibi has done nowt right apart from save a penalty against Celtic. Mowbray decied to play him when 97.8% of all HIbs fans were against.

Rod Petrie has stabilised the ship, very well in my opinion. Romanov is pumping in mega-bucks and that proved to be the difference today. Lets be thankful that Celtic won that game at New Year otherwise we could have been looking at the Gorgie Slags winning the double.

Aberdeen and Dundee United have spent loads more than us and they are both below us in the league. Enough said. We still have reasons to be cheerful (part 3).

But what Hughie didn't know is that his wife used Knorr Stock Cubes. "Pea and Ham? From a chicken? Now that's clever".

Erm..... that's Dr Shrink. Not 'Mr Shrink'.

How would you like it if I called you Mable Leaf Hibee?:dunno:

As for the rest of your post, suggesting that Tony might not have made the best signings....

If you read again what I said, you might find that we are actually in agreement Mable.

:yeah:

Naw the fault lay with our right-side defence and goallie but couldn't the departure of O'Connor have been held back while the cup run was on ?
Our playing squad is stretched thin the to the extent we had to play a guy on Saturday who hadn't even the chance to play in a friendly match alongsidee his new team-mates.

blame petrie = blame farmer. petrie is merely a puppet on farmers string. Mowbray cant do much when he has 6 players out and one had to be sold. Farmer is the man respobnsible for all the budgeting, simple as that. Too much of a succesfull businessman to have the mentality of throwing miney at hibs, not to mention a stingy wee buggar aswell.....

Its a bleak future, not since robertson, colquhoun and crabbe were slaughtering us (well crabbe didn't scorebut he was still a pain in the arse) during 22 in a row have I felt so far from our local neighbours...And that is with probably the best set of young footballers we have ever had. Where did it all go so wrong ??

our whole back line needs a look, TM wants us to punt the ball forward and score. IMO TM seems to be blind to the back and as for playing zibi WTF why why why why why is what i ask you TM,

i'm still gutted, as is my misses, and probably 20 odd thousand of us (not that there was that many there) this is no good in my eyes

this probably don't make sense but i'm a distressed man ranting about a passion and love
