Worst Song Ever !!!

Whilst in the lower tier yesterday I was forced to endure the worst football song I've ever heard - FACT !!!

Whoever decided to come up with the words "I love Tony Mowbray etc etc" to the hun tune Land of Hope & Glory should be hung drawn & quartered

I have my suspicions on the culprit & may be forced into action if I hear it again at future matches

Sounds like a bit of a laugh ,but i'll stick wi T.M green'n'white army

Cobblers. Where you've gone wrong is thinking Skacel is a refugee, that is a moronic think to say when he is an excellent football player and in those cases all borders are permeable.

Now as the co-founder of this site, I take particular umbrage at your characterisation of those who don't want our club associated with that kind of TOM KYTE, small minded and bigotted as it is. Based on what you've said so far, I don't think it's ignorance. I think it's double standards. Because exactly the same ill-informed ignorant abuse was meted out to the founders of our club all those years ago. Inaccurate perhaps, but no more inaccurate that the kind of shite spouted by those who wear the colours of an immigrant team, yet have forgotten the lessons that team; it's support and management had to learn.

I'm disgusted by that hand-wringing post and I am delighted the site is in the hand of those who will take a dim "guardianista" view of things.

I don't for 1 minute believe seven tattoos actually thinks Rudi Skacel is a refugee, and as you've both intimated this subject has been done to death! Why he re-ignited the debate is quite beyond me!

However if he's going to sing said song so be it! It's a song, it's not a fact! We all know Tony Mowbray doesn't actually have the head of a monkey on his shoulders, Davy Dodds wasn't actually suffering from proteus syndrome and half the players in the SPL aren't actually bast**ds!
We do off course all recognise the fact that Steve Fulton was 'booked cos he's ugly'
