Given that Labour, the tories, ukip and the liberal democrats all share the same view on independence, where does that fit into the compass as a single issue?

(i.e. if your only interest in politics was that single issue where would that place the pin?)

Sorry for being a slow today guys but how do i get my results up as you have full screen ? Happy with and not surprised with my results .

Thanks

Apparently I don't side with the SNP on the house of lords - because I ticked to abolish it whilst the SNP want a wholly elected second chamber.

That's just splitting hairs.

Do the SNP really want to abolish tuition fees in the rest of the UK? I'd have thought they don't hold strong views.

:115: in summary the poll is pish

92% SNP and 94% Plaid Cymru as my regional party. Maybe I should move to Wales? Lol

98% Plaid Cymru - guess I'm moving to Wales then.
98% Green - WHICH Green party? It says "regional party" but there are a couple of regional Green parties in the UK.
97% SNP

After seeing the surprsingly high 95% for Labour I thought I'd look more closely at those results, two that stuck out to me in particular.
It says Labour are opposed to Trident yet doesn't give any source. Also it says they are opposed to fracking yet the source specifically says they support it as long as it meets the conditions they set.

Not massively surprising.

I doubt it'll change my voting habits though (voted Green for years). I couldn't trust Labour to implement anything I agree with them on. You can only get disappointed so often.

Few people clutching at straws after being outed as Red Tories.

93% SNP

90% Lib Dem

How so? Based on a pile of pish poll, in which people have been honest enough to give you their answers? :dunno:

As an aside....

"I`d rather see my sister in a brothel than have her tell me she voted No." :coffee:

I know it's only a stupid quiz but interesting how me and yourself despite being supposed Liebour Lapdogs are scoring a lower score for Labour than the most vivacious Yes voters.

These polls through up polarised results depending on their starting bias. The political compass one is one of the worst, as it's whole notion of what constitutes 'authoritarianism' is laughably skewed.

IMHO authoritarianism in politics is where you compel people to adhere to your dictates, whereas the compass seems to classify you based on whether you comply or not with various values and beliefs; in short, pretty much the starting position for an authoritarian worldview. Very 'now'.

Yip. I actually thought I'd maybe be classified a Tory as I voted in favour of the death penalty....

Including you, after denying it so vociferously, too. Can't believe i went out of my way to help clarify your assertion that you are "not a Labour man". :giggle:

Earlier I rejected trolling you by responding to proccie's post with the observation you must have out-authortitarianed even neue labour on something to explain the mere 87%.

The older I'm getting the more in favour I am for barbaric heinous crimes committed especially against children. However, I'd settle on the bastards being tortured the rest of their days.

Ha Ha!! Posting on a mobile never a good idea! I expect with the announcement from David Cameron today that social services will be at my front door when I get home...

Quite a strong statement, I wonder what he knows. The cult of political correctness is being shown to be no better than other religions in this grim respect. And that's the local government mess, which is on top of the establishment horrors.
