What a transition in El Salvadoe

Just watched the most amazing video on YouTube called 'Inside the world's most unconventional prison/ El Salvador.

Yes it features the huge prison for gang members, but it goes deeper. It shows how they have transformed other prisons where the prisoners teach other inmates for degrees/diplomas/life skills/mechanics etc. They also work on their self belief and turn their thought processes into wanting to be effective society members.
Seriously, more countries..maybe every country needs something like this. The most dangerous cou try in the world is becoming a first world cou try and tourist venue

Suppose the question they haven't answered is how government contracts affect local business. But schools do not have to worry about insufficient funding and Police and Military will have clothes and equipment

It's amazing how they have all these sworn killers MS13 and Barrios 18 in a mixed cell of about 80.

On the street they would kill eachother on site.
