After the debacles with Biden, Trump totally embarasses himself in his latest rant. What made it worse is that most TV channels in America never fact checked his nonsense or spoke out about him. He never even answered the questions, which were mostly garbage anyway.And then his opponent Kamala Harris gave her speech right after his, but received zero press coverage.

One of his lies was that his January 6th speech was made in front of a bigger crowd than Martin Luther King's I have a dream speech. Actually MLK attracted around 5 times more people.

What is it with Americans who love him and can't believe he is a big liar and should have a Pinnoccio nose
 
He’s losing it. KH should win this now unless she shoots herself in the foot. Another terrible candidate by all accounts though.

That's one of my main issues - he's never challenged about the lies he spouts. Surely in any debate he is in the moderator should be doing this.

In the run up to elections the TV here is absolutely mental - adverts for all elections, local all the up to presidency make up all kinds of crazy shit and there's no blowback.

Harris is a dreadful candidate for the presidency....but they are so desperate to prevent Trump from winning again she is being put forward and marketed as some sort of saviour of the country by the media class and the Democrats. Might be wrong, but I still think Trump will win in November.

Yup. I never got why people were so convinced Trump would win and he seems to be clearly behind now. That said, early days and the impression I’ve picked up is the biggest threat to Kamala, is Kamala. We’ll see if she can survive a honeymoon period where America is glad to have a choice other than between two ancients.

It’s still all lamentable stuff. As green machine says she’s a terrible candidate, and yet such are the circumstances those who have considered her a liability throughout are now in tambourine waving ecstasy.

She may even be the worst option of all. If she wins and governs as a woke cultist, Putin and Xi will pish themselves and America might go over the edge.

Implied probability of a Harris win.

I think Trump has bottomed out though, that’s possibility his hardcore vote of 40% probably similar are hardcore anti Trump. So it comes down to the 20% in the middle who might actually change their mind in the process.
