Thibault.

It was widely acknowledged that he had a fallout with the fans over his support of Israel's actions in Palestine.

How exactly was it a defensive post?

Just stating what was openly available information.

Oh dear, read it again.
I haven't checked but assuming his political views hampered any progress at his previous club do you think the same is happening at Hibs? Do we know his politics? And do we care?
I didn't read it correctly correct.

It was reported that he had had a fall out with the fans of Luzern about Israel.

Not saying he has made problems here, but it's quite strange why he never really got a chance.

I agree, for me it's more annoying than strange. Gray doesn't rate him highly enough. Same with Manneh.
I really wish someone ITK had the balls to spill the beans.

Does there need to be more to it than the manager doesn’t rate them?

If the manager doesn’t rate the player, or trust the player to deliver on match day, he won’t pick them unless there’s no other options. Happens at every football club in the world.

Reported where, and by who?

Sounds like stories. Looks like stories.

Maybe he really just isn't good enough?
Tactically naive?

Loadsa reasons why it could happen. I'd like to see him, but like I was arguing over his euro place, there's players ahead of him regardless.

Questions then over who scouted and recruited him. It certainly doesnae seem to be a SDG signing.

None of the signings are David Gray signings imo.
There will be discussions, but there's no chance Dave gets to run the rule over everyone in the scouting pool.

But the main idea is he gets players and has to work with them imo.

My argument since the day they arrived though, was this was a double signing to get Chaiwa. Hasn't changed.
I look at it as £2M for the pair, rather than 1.4 for Klidje or whatever it was.

So I'm no as bent outta shape as some over the money spent. Chaiwa will recoup the full fee.

Did Chaiwa no come from Young Boys and Klidje from Luzern?

I don’t think there are any beans.
Sir David describes what type of player he wants, a few are selected, one is picked that seems to fit the bill and then it works out or doesn’t. This one didn’t.
We need to provide Sir David with higher/better quality to pick from.

Bean free zone.
