Her, Esther Rantzen and Janet Street Porter all said much the same if memory serves me well.

Shocked she was only 72 when she croaked, she's been on the telly for a bout 200 years!
 
I quite liked Cilla....although she was no singer.
She really got her break by being right in there when the Beatles were
starting out and being taken on by Brian Epstein on Lennon's recommendation.
She was taken along with the whole Merseybeat thing and her association with the Fab four certainly helped her with her chart
career.

In her later years she made a lot of people happy with her Saturday night shows
and for that she deserves some good will.
