Well, if anybody had any doubts we are in a relegation battle this season, they must now be well and truly banished.
The standard of the squad has deteriorated badly in two years, and especially this year.
This is what you end up with when you pander to players who have been here too long, don't recruit players who are better than what you have,
and don't bring any quality players through to the first team from the youth academy.
Then you have a club policy which is all about signing teenagers/youngsters with a view to either sell them on within a year for big money, or better still, to get
them fit to benefit another club at the expense of our own youngsters.
Add to that a club with next to no ambition bar finishing in the top 6, and you have Hibernian FC in October 2026.

We're a fantastic job to be given. Any up and coming manager would be off his head not to be interested in us.

I watched it on the telly so fair enough if you were there. St Mirren also nicked it at the end with a break and our defenders were jogging back.

Just hire shite. Doesn't change the status of the club.

Even managers who have success here don't go on to better things, that's on them, no the club.
 
The scum will take 5 or 6 off us on Sunday glad I sold my ticket. I’m done with this pish now. until ownerships and malky fuck off I won’t be back at another game home away or even a final

Hibs historically do not invest enough to help managers AND we have a really bad habit of recruiting pish managers.

Because we were camped in their half and tge intensity we played at players shattered.

We should have knicked it at the end but rabbi looks like he’s in first gear

I think he is thinking that the team needs a bit of continuity and that we will play ourselves in to form. Hard to justify continuing with them now but when the option off the bench is Abdulai what can you do?
 
There is a vein of shite throughout the squad. Abdulai almost gave away a carbon copy goal tonight. Kerr is struggling, Mulligan too. Salinger is a big guy but was rooted to his line for the goal. Passlack cant defend, Stevie Wonder told me. Klidje is not a left winger, Suto is so shite he cant get off the bench. Newell, Elding and Beardy only passmarks for me.
And the manager, who I truly feel for, thought we should have won

Yip agreed his options are very limited.

Mulligan didn’t play in the middle
Tonight. And against Celtic he was right mid .

For me he had his best game of the season.
