I'm surprised at all the retail space given what's happening on the 'High Street'.
If Debenhams goes tits up, as an example, Ocean Terminal is screwed.
Harvey Nicks pay a peppercorn rent, £1 a year I believe, for a prime spot; Sports Direct and all their bits and pieces companies are screwing landlords for every penny and giving the bird to those that charge more than a penny and all the other department stores want the same, Jenners is being nudged out of PS FFS!
All the developments in or around Granton and the tram extension is only going to Newhaven!
And the city will grind to a halt on a regular basis while a London company gets to shut streets across the capital at will! Without the proper planning permissions in place.

Muirhouse,Greendykes,Western Harbour and Granton add up to a tidy number of council and housing Assoc homes.
It’s something like 8k houses being built(private and rent) between Granton and Seafield,it’s gonna get grim(er) traffic wise along that bottom road...
