Found out during a trip to the doctors that I had lesbian tendencies cos I fancied women
 
How the heck can they tell that your liver is female??? These doctors really do seem to be playing god. So He has 6 kids then because some quack tells him, actually your female, he remembers when he "felt pretty" when he was young and suddenly thats confirmation he must be a woman...oh dear!


Doh! read it again and apparantly he has female sex organs...but he clearly also has male organs...hence the 6 kids! Why would you even wanna confuse the guy? Just sort the kidney stone and send him home and put a restricted file on his medical notes.
 
Resisting the temptation for gags it does seem to me these are difficult cases. However in this instance - which is not at all the same for all intersex individuals - the guy is biologically capable of fathering children but not being a mother. That would seem to me to suggest he is a man by definition, albeit one with biological anomalies.

No, definitely a woman.
Apparently the diagnosis was confirmed absolutely when the doctor asked if the bloke was upset at the news. He said of course he wasnt upset then burst into tears when the doctor believed him.
The fact that he attempted to parallel park for ten minutes before giving up and finding a space to drive into in the health centre car park was also a telling clue.
