Yup. Took the plunge after being laid off in July 2008. I said to my wife that if it ever happened three times I would go it alone.
Was very philosophical about it as I was laid off twice in six months last time it went tits up in 1991, so I stuck to my word.

The business plan did not come close to factoring in 4+ years of the same shite climate conditions but it is without any doubt whatsoever the best thing I have ever done - apart from having the balls to do it ten years earlier :doh

So if anyone wants a reliable guy to get them permission for anything from an extension or attic conversion / one off house to a block of flats or even some fire zoning or electrical plans.....check out my freeindex page at.....is this allowed here.....?
