I can't remember why Livingston was ruled out, but, I'm told that Hibs were approached about the playing the final at Easter Road. Despite the Scotland game taking place on Friday, the Junior FA were told that ER was unavailable.

That would be a shame if true (and given my source, I'd be surprised if it wasn't true)
